Cons:

The resort was hosting a couple of young baseball teams and the hallways n carpets were very dirty. The ac in my first room did not work and I had to be moved. This should have been caught by the housekeeper

Bed bugs.
Cons:

BED BUGS. In room phone was disconnected from network, towel holder was half hanging out of the wall, there was hair in the sink, and the toiletries that are mounted in the shower looked like they had been sitting in there for ages. There was a crust on the top of them and they were half full. Staff was very nice and accommodating when I told them we wanted to leave and they immediately refunded my stay.

El hotel es súper limpio y señor de recepción súper amable me gustó todo la piscina limpia todo en general muy bueno

Pros:

Shuttle to beach nice, workers nice, under staffed, only 2 towels per room not happy asked for more did not get any. Property old, rotted wood, etc. Needs alot of updating for the cost.

Beds were comfy and considering the price it was a good value.
Pros:

Property was in good area and close to shopping and restaurants. Beds were comfy.

Cons:

Reception area was dark and not welcoming. Our room was in a building behind the main hotel and it was a bit tiered looking. AC was not sufficiently cooling the room during the day.

I HAD A DECENT STAY AT THE HOTEL. KIDS HAD SO MUCH FUN EXPLORING THE HOTEL AND THEY LOVE THE POOL
Pros:

BREAKFAST WAS VERY SLOW AND TASTE NOT QUITE THERE

Cons:

HAVING MORE MICROWAVES, I HAVE TO GO UPSTAIRS TO USE A MICROWAVE.

Overall was a nice stay
Pros:

The property was located in the perfect area for us. Tamiami street gives us access to everyplace we were there for.

Cons:

Room was quiet and comfortable, bathroom shower had almost instant hot water, really good. However the floor tiles in the living area were coming up and made the place look really bad.
Also would be nice to have a red light to help going north on Timiami from the lot.
