Pros:

Unser Zimmer war frisch renoviert und befand sich im 4. Stock. Sauber, ordentlich und für eine Nacht völlig ausreichend. Gutes Frühstück, nettes Personal.

Cons:

Zu wenig Haken für Handtücher und kaum Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad.

Cons:

Keine Rückmeldung zur schriftlichen Bitte, ein Zimmer in einer oberen Etage und zur Rückseite zu bekommen. Vor Ort: Es gibt nur in der 1. Etage und zur Strasse gelegene Einzelzimmer.
Dann: Bis auf das 1. OG wurden die Zimmer in den übrigen Stockwerken renoviert, d.h. Baulärm, extrem laute Bohrgeräusche direkt über dem Zimmer.
Konsequenz: Nach 10 Minuten "Abreise" und Suche nach einem anderen Hotel.
Wenigstens wurde der bereits für die Unterkunft bezahlte Betrag "kulanterweise" zurücküberwiesen.

Tolle Lage. Central gelegen. Personal sehr freundlich. Hatten ein neu umgebautes Zimmer.. einfach schön..

Praktisches Hotel in gut angebundener Lage.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt praktisch und ist verkehrsgünstig angebunden. Dementsprechend ist die Umgebung nicht sehr leise.
Die Klimaanlage war noch nicht in Betrieb, es war etwas warm im Zimmer.

Cons:

Lüftung/ Klimaanlage bei der Sonneneinstrahlung fehlte.

Cons:

I suffered a severe medical emergency, I had a allergic reaction to something and I was going into Anaphylactic shock and the staff member doing the night shift refused to call me a ambulance, told me 8 times to call my own taxi, said he didn't know the emergency number ( even though he was german ) after i literally begged he reluctantly rang one.
as soon as ambulance arrived they took the situation seriously and i was rushed to hospital where i spent the next 9 hours on various drips and medication.

Ive never been so scared in my life and the male staff member done nothing to help me until i became increasingly worse and very angry.

For me this is completely unacceptable.
