Exceptional customer service with Novotel
Pros:

My extended stay at Novotel Ahmedabad in June 2026 was nothing short of exceptional. While the property itself is comfortable and well-maintained, what truly sets this hotel apart is its outstanding team and their genuine commitment to guest satisfaction.

A special thank you to the reception and front office team led by DM Barkha and Kajol. Simran, Gittali, Nikita. Guest Relations Manager Radhika, and Payal consistently went above and beyond to make my extended stay seamless and comfortable. Every interaction was handled with professionalism, warmth, and a sincere desire to help. Night DM Yatin deserves special recognition for ensuring that even late-night requests and concerns were addressed promptly and efficiently.

The culinary experience was equally impressive. Chef Sunil Sharma and his trusted second-in-command, Mintu, delivered consistently excellent food throughout my stay. Their attention to quality, presentation, and guest preferences was remarkable.

The Food & Beverage team, including Pankaj, Karan, Dipika, and Sneha, provided attentive and friendly service that made every meal enjoyable. A special shout-out goes to Gautam, the amazing barista. His Vietnamese iced coffee is an absolute must-try and was easily one of the highlights of my stay. Equally memorable was the wonderful tea prepared by Kishan Ji, whose hospitality and care made every cup special.

At the entrance, Uttam always welcomed guests with a warm smile and positive attitude, setting the tone for a great experience. From housekeeping, Kina and her team Anupam Ankita also other team lead from floor 7 Abhishek and his team all lead executive team lead Manohar ensured that my room remained spotless and comfortable throughout my extended stay, reflecting the hotel's high standards of cleanliness and attention to detail.

What impressed me most was how every team member worked together to create a personalized and memorable experience. Their hospitality felt genuine rather than routine, making Novotel Ahmedabad feel like a home away from home.
Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so enjoyable. I look forward to returning and would highly recommend Novotel Ahmedabad to anyone visiting the city.

LI had a wonderful stay at Novotel Ahmedabad and would like to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent hospitality provided throughout my visit.
