Excellent, stylish hotel with friendly staff in a great location.
Pros:

We didn’t sample the breakfast. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They gave us a great recommendation for dinner one evening, offered us a drink on arrival and water cartons as we left. The location was great. Bedroom was spacious and the bathroom was modern and spotless.

Nothing.

Perfect hotel for a special weekend in Berlin
Pros:

We absolutely loved everything about this hotel. The location was perfect with easy access to both the Ku’damm, New Berlin and the great restaurants of Charlottenberg. Our room was beautifully appointed with a great view over the square. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and although it was very hot outside the room was cool even when air conditioning was really low. The breakfast and the restaurant is first class and food a very high standard. As for the staff, we were looked after so well it was difficult to leave. We would definitely stay here again.

Pros:

Fantastic facade. Extremely friendly and kind staff. Bed is super comfy (amazing pillows). The AC was working very well (that was very important as I happened to be there during the hottest days of all the recorded Berlin history...). Shower was quite neat as well. Breakfasts were good enough.
