We liked that it was in front of the beach

Cons:

When we booked, we were aware of our stay in the annex building. What we didn’t know was the construction site next door, very noisy since early morning.

The second problem was that after four days, we had to ask for the room to be cleaned, which is the first time in all the travels we have had to ask for cleaning.

Rare Gem on the Ocean
Pros:

If you're looking for a true beachfront escape, this place is exactly that. My room was literally only a few steps from the water. All day I could hear the waves gently rolling in, and at night, when the sea became rougher, the sound of the crashing waves was even more magical. Waking up each morning to turquoise blue water, sunshine and coconut trees lining the beach honestly felt like waking up in paradise.
The room was spotless, comfortable and had everything I needed. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming and always happy to help. As a solo traveller, I always felt supported and looked after, which made my stay even more relaxing.
One thing I especially loved was the privacy. My beachfront bungalow felt more secluded than many of the others I saw along the beach, making it the perfect place to simply sit outside, listen to the ocean and unwind.
The location couldn't have been better. Within a five or six minute walk you can reach the main road, where there's a 7-Eleven, a fruit market with fresh local produce, a pharmacy, laundry services and plenty of restaurants. There are also many beachside massage places nearby, and one evening I even watched a spectacular fire show from the beach.
It was also an ideal base for exploring the island. Fisherman's Village and the Elephant Sanctuary were only about 20 minutes away, while the southern part of the island and many of the island cruise departure points, including tours to Ang Thong National Marine Park, were within easy reach.
What really made this holiday special was where I stayed. The location made everything effortless while still being peaceful, quiet and incredibly beautiful. I loved every minute of my stay and wouldn't hesitate to come back in a heartbeat.
Thank you for making my first visit to Koh Samui so memorable.

Pros:

Ubytování hned u pláže, klid. Na pláži dobrá restaurace, několik masáží. 7-11 pár kroků. Není to úplně turistické centrum, ale ani v odlehlém místě plném přírody. Byli jsme zde 2 noci a to bylo fajn. Na týden bych si to asi nevybrala pokud bych neměla v plánu výlety. Může to být fajn pro někoho kdo rád proleží dovolonou na pláži. Nebo půjčit skútr. Nevyhne te se zde ale jízdě po rušné silnici.

Vétuste et sale, j'ai quitté l'hotel au bout de 24H

Les chambres sont plus que vétustes et sales. Clim défectueuse, moisie et bruyante, draps et serviettes sales et tachées. Chambres sales, taches, miettes, traces de verres ou bouteille, cadavres d'insectes au sol, réfrigérateur rouillé à l'intérieur, bouilloire mise à disposition sale, rouillée et pleine de morceaux de calcaire. Les murs et les plinthes sont abimés et sale. Le mobilier était plein de poussière. Petite rigole remplie de galets sur le pourtour de la chambre et de la salle de bain, remplie de poussière et de cadavres d'insectes. J'ai demandé à changer de chambre, on m'a donné une nouvelle chambre le deuxième jour, toutefois elle n'était pas mieux, je me suis plainte de la propreté dans la première chambre, celle qu'on m'a donné ensuite était encore pire ! Je n'ai pas pu loger dans cet hotel, j'ai du me résigner à en chercher un autre ! J'ai expliqué vouloir quitter l'hotel à la réception, aucun remboursement possible même partiel ! J'ai donc gardé les clés mais suis allé me loger dans un autre hotel, ce qui a évidemment engendré un surcout.

Undiscovered gem
Pros:

We loved the florist and ended up coming back a second time at the end of our stay.
1. The beach was lovely, nice and deep so straight in for a swim at least 3x a day. A bit of a undiscovered gem in kohi samui.
2. The pools. There are three pools and you can rotate around. We often used the more shady one to escape the sun in the middle of the day. They were fantastic.
3. The rooms were wonderful. Very big so lots of room to spread out. Everything you need.
4. Cheap scooter hire around corner so we used Maenam as a base and went on day trips to explore Chawang, Lami and Boput.

Cons:

There is no real village here at Mae Nam just a main road (luckily the Florist is far enough away so you don't hear it).

I would recommend this property to people who do not intend on spending the most amount of time at their lodging. People
Pros:

The location overall is decent. The beach is not crowded and there are several good local restaurants nearby.
It is relatively cheap.

Cons:

My very first thought upon entering the property, and my room, was that the pictures on the listing were in fact a few years old. There are signs of wear and tear, but there does not appear to be a significant effort being made to fix these marks. E. g. the nightstand in my room was dirty and damaged. The shower had low pressure, and there was only one water temperature, too hot. The pool area looked uninviting. The resort could use a a fresh set of paint and some general touch up.

The overall cleanliness was not to our liking either. Shelves were full of dust, and it was apparent it had been some time since the last thorough cleaning of our room.
The staff was friendly and kind. Yet the service was not exactly impeccable. The towel service was a mess. Some days we had only beach towels, some days we had no towels. After notifying the reception about this issue it was still not fixed six hours later (08:00 am - 02:00 pm). We had to get the towels ourselves.
We ordered high speed internet for our booking, but it was the most unreliable internet I have had so far this vacation.
The neighbors were burning garbage in their gardens, every single day. The Florist is not to blame for this, but beware the fact that there is a foul stench every afternoon. (It is a common occurrence throughout the island.)

Pros:

Rezort je umiestnený priamo na pláži, kde sú k dispozícii aj lehátka so slnečníkmi. Pláž je čistá a je tam málo ľudí. Celkovo je to pokojná oblasť vhodná pre rodinu. Výborný pomer ceny a kvality.

Cons:

Personál nevie dobre po anglicky, ale boli priateľskí a ústretoví a snažili sa.

Pros:

Die Lage ist perfekt. Mehrere Restaurants und Geschäfte in der Nähe. Der Strand ist schön und auch bei Ebbe kann man sehr gut schwimmen. Zimmer sehr sauber. Man kann im Resort Roller mieten, Tickets buchen und Geld wechseln. Preis Leistung sehr gut!
