Struttura comoda e pulita in ottima posizione dotata di ogni comfort.
Tutto bene
Location was ok
Apartment was not clean especially the bathroom. There was not sufficient cutlery or cookware for a two bedroom apartment and the furniture in the main bedroom was too big for the space even blocking one of the wardobes
The pool, sauna and gym were good to have at the apartments and were overall in quite good condition.
The apartment was tired and many things did not work properly - the heater made a constant noise. Fittings were leaky, the beds and couch were SO uncomfortable. The balcony was old worn. Everything felt cheap. The lights did not dim, there were no lamps in the lounge area. It was so disappointing -VERY different to the pictures. The staff at reception were not very friendly of helpful. The front office was a total mess - did not give a good first impression!
The location was excellent - central to everything and an ALDI next door. The beds were also super comfortable.
There was a draft all night long in the main bedroom making it quite cold at night - couldn’t see any windows or doors open. Cleanliness could’ve been better especially in the bathroom. More lamps throughout the property would add soft lighting instead of the harsh overhead spotlights everywhere.
Great location and views, nice staff and comfortable
Some rooms don’t have a tv in the bedrooms
Neat and tidy, good value for money
The overall functionality of room as well as extra things to do and how clean and hygenic they’ve been maintained
The apartment was clean. The bed was comfy
First and foremost, the apartment completely stank of fish the whole stay. Weather or not someone before us cooked fish or it was coming through the vents, I don't know. The fridge was leaking. The receptionist was particularly unfriendly and didn't look at me once during any of our multiple interactions. The entire building was extremely outdated, including the pool and spa etc. Let's say they paid a really excellent photographer.
The parking dynamic was frustrating. You can pre pay for parking under the apartments but you have to check in first and park somewhere else in the meantime and there's nowhere in the surrounding blocks to park.
Very clean, update layout aand good location
Very busy apartment,Too many people/ customers on the lobby most of the time
Location was near cbd
The room smelt like poo. Hit me as soon as I stepped out of the elevator. The wood in the doorway had water damage and was rotting. I checked in late at like 10pm and it smelt like someone had just done a poo in the bathroom but the smell lingered the whole stay. A week later and the hotel still hasnt released thier hold on the $150 holding fee
I found this apartment very comfortable and excellent value for money.
It’s tastefully furnished, has comfy beds and was very clean.
The bathroom had a good supply of fresh towels and toiletries and the shower had great water pressure and plenty of hot water.
The property is on the fringe of the main city area but close to trams and buses and only a leisurely walk to the centre of the CBD.
There’s an Aldi a few doors down and a charming old pub a few doors down in the other direction.
The only negative I noticed was that there is nowhere to put suitcases. There is a small hanging space in the twin room but no drawers or shelves.
No storage or luggage space in the main bedroom.
Not a big deal for me really but it might get a bit tricky for 4 people.
