员工培训和业务水平太差劲了 有史以来遇到的最恶毒的前台 在5.24号10:00pm ，用我们的退房时间在早上8点来拒绝为我们办理入住！！理由是no one will be here before 9:00，直到我搬出了维多利亚州的法律说她无权拒绝客人的入住请求 浪费了我两个小时才最终给我办理！我有证据可以展示我说的都是真话 这个在我和客服投诉后她竟然用我的语言理解有误来敷衍和推卸责任！

Never again!!!!!!
Pros:

The only good thing was the location everything and I mean everything about this hotel was horrible

Cons:

From the smell as we got out of the lift to the absolute filth we stayed in was horrible. Dont know how on earth they can be a 4 star hotel

Overall it was okay. The location was great, reception was lovely but that’s about it.
Pros:

The reception staff at check in was lovely.

Cons:

It appeared our room had dirty sheets on the bed. We also requested fresh towels in the morning and they still had not come up to the room, had to call again late at night.

Pros:

We come often, we have always been happy. We love the location, fasilities, apartments in general.

Cons:

This time round, we noticed there was barely any utilities to cook with. The bed was hard and the receptionist wasnt very friendly. She didnt speak to us. Apart from this, we have enjoyed every other stay.

I would not recommend
Pros:

The location was good.

Cons:

We arrived to a odd smell in the room, i later located the smell of mold from under the sink cupboard in the kitche.With the sofa bed set up you could only access the double room through the bathroom it was so small, the next morning the toilet blocked and the water come out of the sink drain which stunk like sewage. We had to turn the TV up high to here it over all the noise of the tennis court that was being used right up to 9pm
When we spoke to reception the lady just offered to send a plumber and really didn't care about the mold smell at all. We asked to leave and get a refund to which she then called the manager and offered another room. We accepted but then there was no sofa bed and my son had to sleep on the couch. The dishwasher had no start button so couldn't be used and the silicon in the bathroom had black mould. Very disappointing and I would not recommend.
