Pros:

The facilities are fabulous, great gym, kids loved the pool. Apartment's have everything you need. The location is amazing, close to main train and tram stops
Aldi down stairs is a real win too!

Cons:

Only fault is the apartment we stayed in is in need of some maintenance. While everything is still functional it feels a little neglected.

Pros:

Perfect location. Aldi downstairs. Train station 5 min walk and Markets just around the corner, apartment is also near the big shopping centre. Nice modern gym. Easy check in. Clean rooms. Comfy beds. Nice city view. Fully functional kitchen with all appliances you need. Quick elevators. Secure building.

Cons:

Nowhere for taxi to safely pull up, they have to pull up in the cycle lane.
Rooms could do with a little refresh but still nice and comfortable.
Shower is over bath, so might be hard if you have mobility challenges.

Perfect location, comfortable stay, great facilities, lovely staff.
Pros:

Location was fantastic. Check in and parking was super easy. The indoor swimming pool, sauna and BBQ area on site were all clean and enjoyable. The kitchenette and washer/dryer in the room was convenient for a family stay.

Having Aldi directly next to the building and IGA just a block away was very convenient so we didn’t need to pack any food with us for our trip.

We hope to try out the theatre room during our next stay.

Cons:

Nothing we didn’t like, we are returning for another stay soon and it will likely become our regular accommodation for our sporting tournaments because of the affordability and facilities offered.

Cheap comfortable apartment in convenient location
Pros:

Nice comfortable place with good facilities. Close to city centre and supermarkets, restaurants, attractions. Easy checkin and out. No hassles, good place to stay

Cons:

Bit noisy due to location and bathroom fan, earplugs work fine. Could do with a lamp in the lounge.

Pros:

They give us high level to see the whole city night view. Great location. And the spa swimming pool is warm water. We even see the hot balloons while waking up in the morning. Very satisfied!

The mattress was too soft.

Comfy, clean, and affordable
Pros:

Room was nice, pool was great as was the spa and sauna. Staff was also helpful and friendly

Cons:

I was under the assumption that parking was included. My mistake for not clarifying before booking but I still feel like it should be included instead of $30 extra a day. Would also have liked the room tidied but that is only offered on a 7+ day stay. Beds could be more comfortable
