The cleaning staff are lovely - the rooms are not.

Cons:

I got there at 7pm. I got 'upgraded' to a villa that is a short walk from the actual hotel when I checked in as the room I booked was sold out. The 'upgraded' room stank of damp and mould, there was black mould all over the ceiling and the bed smelled musty. One of the light fittings in the bathroom was falling out of the roof and holding on by its fingertips. The shower was set on the wrong wall in the middle of the bath so when you turned it on it sprayed out of the bath. It was also set very low, I am 5"6 and I had to bend over to get my head under the shower. Instead of ventilation fans in the bathroom they have the glass in the window shorter than the frame with no mesh to stop mosquitoes. The glass sliding entrance doors have nearly an inch air gap around the edges, allowing every mosquito to stop in for a visit. I asked to be moved the next day. Got moved to a cleaner villa that was better looked after, the shower head was still over the centre of the bath but slightly higher. No change to the mosquito issue. There is also a massive building being built behind it so there are power tools running all day. The lighting was so dim I had to use my head torch to see my clothes in the wardrobe. I lasted 3 or 4 of the 6 nights booked before forfeiting the last few days and checking out. The photos I've added are of the upgraded villa.

Cons:

Toilet constantly leaked, we had no hot water 3 times, the guy in the desk wouldn’t answer the phone and very rude and the pool wasn’t cleaned

It was not what I was looking for and didn't stay the night.
Pros:

The bed was big and comfy

Cons:

The location was very noisy on a very busy street. The shower was in a deep bath (tricky to get into), didn't look too clean. There was no safe to keep valuables and passport.
