Molto da migliorare! Staff impeccabile!
Pros:

Le uniche cose che mi sono piaciute sono lo staff (per loro il voto è 10 perché sono sempre stati gentilissimi e disponibili!). Un 10 se lo merita anche la posizione, perché alla fine è vicinissimo a tutto! Pulizia più che accettabile, devo dire che in Turchia ho riscontrato molta più pulizia che nella maggior parte delle città italiane! La colazione forse un po’ da migliorare ma alla fine è stata accettabile! Peccato che in terrazza si è potuti andare solo 3 giorni su 5! Era la parte più bella di tutto l’hotel!

Ho dato 3 ma il voto realistico sarebbe stato 0 a chi si occupa di sponsorizzare su Booking questo albergo! Le camere sono completamente diverse da come appaiono in foto e questo è davvero molto scorretto! Anche perché non è che ce l’hanno regalata! Anzi la abbiamo pagata e pure abbastanza! Quando siamo arrivati ci hanno assegnato una camera minuscola, angusta e claustrofobica, sembrava più una piccola singola che una matrimoniale! Infatti aveva un solo comodino e soltanto 3 grucce nell’armadio! Per fortuna lo staff della reception ci ha subito aiutati, concedendoci (pagando 100 euro) di trascorrere 4 notti su 5 in una stanza migliore, e quella si che era vivibile in 2! Anche se comunque molto differente da come appare in foto! Avrei potuto accettare una camera più piccola ma quella sarebbe stata troppo piccola anche per una singola persona! Inoltre era davvero mal tenuta, abbastanza pulita ma troppo vecchia, luci mal funzionanti, ruggine in bagno!

Pros:

La ubicación es la mejor, el desayuno delicioso y variado y la terraza espectacular. Pero creo que lo mejor de todo fue el servicio ofrecido por César y sus hermanos. Gracias a sus sugerencias y gestiones, pudimos visitar y disfrutar de las maravillas ofrecidas por la ciudad.

Super freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Das Hotel liegt in einer Top-Lage. Perfekt für Leute, die die wesentlichen Sehenswürdigkeiten auf der europäischen Seiten erkunden wollen.

I would come back and recommend this place!
Pros:

Staff service was remarkable and very kind! It was very clean also! The rooftop terrace is incredible!

Cons:

The terrace door was not closing easily and also the vie was partial sea view (nice overall but partial).

The room was decent.

Cons:

No AC, they told us it was being fixed to open the windows, the room was hot even with open windows the noise outside kept us up all night. It was horrible.

Las personas que llevan el hotel son muy atentas. También nos gustó el desayuno que preparan.
La ubicación es fantástica, a 5 minutos de la Plaza de Sultanahmet.
La terraza tiene unas vistas estupendas.

Cons:

La habitación es bastante pequeña. Más pequeña de la impresión que da en las fotos. El hotel en general necesita una puesta al día de sus instalaciones.
