This hotel helped save our well needed holiday
Pros:

We walked into this lovely hotel feeling distressed about another hotel we had originally booked with. To find the most amazing receptionists, who calmly listened to us, offered us hospitality and booked for us to stay here, in what turned out to be a fantastic room with a sea view. Staff - All the staff, from restaurant to cleaners, were friendly, respectful and hard working.
The food was excellent, with lots of choice to even suit the fusiest of persons
Pool - The pool has plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas, music and activities
Room - The room we were given was superb, comfortable beds, air conditioning, working safe, clean and well presented bathroom, with a beach view from the balcony to die for.
Even with a critical eye, we couldn't fault anything
Value - superb value for money - staying with them for 9 days! With the photos portraying a true reflection of the hotel.

We feel the need to give a special thank you to Loubna, Ghizlain and Nora, whose kindness went above and beyond

Bien. Reposant. De la place sur les transat piscine et plage. Restauration très correcte. Bon rapport qualité prix.

Globalement une bonne volonté du personnel

Cons:

Dommage qu’il ne soit pas proposé des collations pour les personnes n’étant pas en pension complète
Les services annexes ne sont pas mis en avant et les prix ne sont pas affichés (spa, consommations du bar)
La barrière de la langue fait qu’on ne se comprend pas toujours… on me dit que je peux réserver au resto de spécialité pour le soir même de mon arrivée je crois comprendre que c’est bon avec l’agent de la réception puis on me dit que non il faut aller à l’accueil du resto. Qui eux me disent que ce n’est pas possible avant le lendemain. Alors qu’il n’y avait pas grand monde.
On demande l’aide d’un bagagiste pour descendre nos valises à 11h52. 12h20 toujours personne m. On rappelle et la personne ne semblait pas au courant de notre demande. Le bagagiste confirme avoir tout juste été prévenu.
Pour rendre la serviette le jour du départ à 12h30 on me dit d’y aller dans 30min car le monsieur est en pause. En me précisant 14h… ce qui fait 1h30. « De toute façon vous avez votre taxi à 15h? »
J’y vais à 14h… on m’annonce sur place qu’il ne revient qu’à 14h30.
Les animations du soir sont un peu vieillotte

Avoid!!!

The only positive was the security guard that stood outside the main entrance

Cons:

- poor customer service, knowing we had kids they still gave us a room really far away. Our room telephone was broken so besides complaining to reception about this they did nothing. Even when we went to breakfast before 10am they started putting everything away before that and told us to move away from the tables even though we were still eating.
- housekeeping was very rude, they did nothing clean our room daily, on the second to last day we asked for the room to be cleaned and housekeeping said they weren’t going to clean it as we were checking out the next day although it had not been cleaned since 2 days
- on checkout we had to wait over an hour for someone to bring our luggage down even after telling them we would get late for our flight
