Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist top – direkt am Meer. Das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Die Anlage ist groß, gepflegt und bietet viel Abwechslung. Es gibt vier Restaurants, drei Pools, ein Fitnessstudio sowie mehrere Bars. Im All-inclusive-Angebot kann man alles nutzen, was ich sehr praktisch fand.

Cons:

Das Essen war für meinen Geschmack etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, auch wenn die Auswahl sehr groß war. Außerdem könnte die Hygiene am Buffet verbessert werden. Manche Gäste fassen Speisen mit der Hand an, obwohl entsprechendes Besteck bereitliegt. Dafür kann das Hotel zwar nicht immer etwas, aber man sollte darüber Bescheid wissen und bei solchen Situationen vielleicht ein Auge zudrücken.

Liegenbesetzung am Pool ist absolut nicht ok. Sie schreiben zwar in ihrer Hausordnung dass es nicht erlaubt ist, machen aber nichts dagegen.
Fernseher hat nicht funktioniert.
Bier wird nur in kleinen Becher ausgegeben.

On a passé un excellent séjour
Restaurant varié plusieurs choix
Animation top le soir .
L'accueil est chaleureux le 1er jour je précise que les dames de la réception ( Ghizlane et Loubna) nous ont donné un agréable souvenir gravé dans notre mémoire après une mauvaise expérience dans un autre établissement X à agadir.
