Мы жили в отеле 8 дней, расположение очень хорошее, недалеко от центра, метро близко, такси(через приложение DiDi) тоже приезжает быстро. Номер был просторный, чистый, кровать замечательная. Персонал любезный, говорит по-английски хорошо, старается решить проблемы , при заселении нам не понравился диван в номере , нам быстро поменяли номер , были и другие вопросы, которые решались быстро. Завтрак очень разнообразный и китайская и европейская кухня, так что про обед можно забыть

Ein 5-Sterne-Hotel mit kleinen Wermutstropfen
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet – von der Lobby über das Restaurant bis hin zu den Zimmern. Die Lage eignet sich gut für eine Stadtbesichtigung, wobei viele Sehenswürdigkeiten am besten mit dem Taxi erreichbar sind. Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet und bietet eine große Auswahl. Das Service-Team war stets sehr hilfsbereit, allerdings mit nur geringen Englischkenntnissen. Das Upgrade in den 10. Stock mit Zugang zur Business-Lounge war ein echtes Geschenk :)

Cons:

Leider war das WLAN im Zimmer kaum benutzbar, was bei einem 5-Sterne-Hotel sehr enttäuschend ist. Schade war außerdem, dass beim Frühstück nicht immer die beste Ordnung herrschte.

They didn’t include pillow, blanket or towel for our child. Housekeeping kindly brought us more when asked. However Each time they cleaned the room they took these extras away and we had to ask for them again

Insgesamt waren wir mit unserem 11-tägigen Aufenthalt zufrieden.
Pros:

Insbesondere das Zimmer war groß, sehr komfortabel mit offenem Badezimmer und separater Toilette, zudem waren sehr viele Ablageflächen vorhanden. Das Frühstücksangebot war umfangreich, sehr vielfältig und wirklich lecker, es gab auch frische Smoothies. Ein sehr großes Plus ist die sehr zentrale Lage des Hotels. Die nächste Metro-Station ist ganz in der Nähe und viele wichtige Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut zu erreichen.

Cons:

Hauptkritikpunkt ist die Freundlichkeit und Serviceorientierung der Mitarbeiter mit wenigen Ausnahmen. Das Verhalten der Mitarbeiter war sehr geschäftsmäßig und man fühlte sich als Person und Gast nicht wirklich wahrgenommen. Nur wenige Mitarbeiter sind wirklich gast- und serviceorientiert. Das haben wir in anderen 5 Sterne Hotels in China völlig anders erlebt. Die Zimmerreinigung war nicht durchgängig zu 100 % gründlich. Die Obstauswahl beim Frühstück war dem 5 Sterne-Standard nicht ganz angemessen. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis war insgesamt noch ok.

Perfektes Hotel für Peking! Unser Zimmer war groß und wunderschön mit Ausblick und allem Komfort, den man braucht. Das Hotel an sich ist auch superschön, der Pool unten herrlich, um etwas zu schwimmen (man braucht eine Badekappe!), für die Damen gibt es ein Dampfbad, alles hat funktioniert, alles super. Fitnessbereich auch gut.

Das Frühstücksbuffet ist für chinesische Verhältnisse wirklich großartig. Es gibt Brötchen und sogar etwas Käse, geschälte Gurken etc., süße Aufstriche, Müsli (leider alles gesüßt, auch die Haferflocken, der Joghurt etc. aber das ist generell so ein Ding hier in China), Obst (Melone, Ananas), und ganz viel, was frisch zubereitet wird an warmen Sachen. Rührei, Omelette und Co. – also auch wenn man Vegetarier ist und schwanger ist, findet man genug zu essen ;).

Die Lage ist auch top. In Peking sind alle Wege weit, aber man ist hier schon sehr zentral. Mit Didi überall hin kein Problem.

Das Personal ist super nett und hilfsbereit und sie sprechen zum Teil auch Englisch.

Wir hatten für wenig mehr Geld das Executive Upgrade oder diesen Residential Club oder wie es heißt. Das war tatsächlich mega nett im 10. Stock mit Nachmittagstee umsonst, mit Obst und Kuchen usw. und Terrasse mit ganz nettem Ausblick.
