Great location. Very clean and modern facilities. Staff kindly let us check in early and even upgraded our rooms for free.
Lovely big bedroom and sitting area. Many people have said the bed was hard but we found it very comfortable. Nice bathroom with bath and shower.
The breakfast was great, lots of choice with quality dishes.
Although there was a kitchen with appliances in the room it wasn't equipped with pans, crockery, cutlery or glasses.
The room vas large and nice.
Service was a bit sloppy but acceptable when I stayed there. However, after I have checked out and it turned out to be difficult to get in touch with tem. I asked them to send my hotel bill to my email 3 times and got no answer at all. Had to call them long distance from Norway to get hold of the manger in order to get the bill

Had a wonderful stay at New World Beijing Hotel. The location is very convenient and strategically situated near many of Beijing’s main attractions. Popular tourist spots such as Tiananmen Square, Temple of Heaven and the charming Qianmen Hutong area are within walking distance. There are also plenty of nearby conveniences including McDonald's, supermarkets, shopping malls, restaurants, and metro stations, making it easy to explore the city. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it an excellent choice for both leisure and business travelers. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Beijing.

The room was comfortable and well maintained, the breakfast was excellent, and the location was very convenient for exploring Beijing.
What impressed me the most was the hospitality of the staff. As a solo traveler, I felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of throughout my stay. Their attentiveness and kindness made my trip even more enjoyable.
Thank you to the entire team for the great experience. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Beijing.
One thing that really touched me was the exceptional hospitality of the staff.
I had booked a Twin Room, but when they realized I was traveling alone, they thoughtfully changed my room to a King Room without any extra charge.
It wasn't something I requested, which made the gesture even more meaningful. Their attention to detail and genuine care made me feel valued as a guest. I am truly grateful and thankful for such warm hospitality.
Отель классный. Расположен идеально. До Храма Неба 15 мин пешком. Подъезд к отелю очень комфортный. Ресепшн молодцы, заселили очень быстро, повысили класс номера, неожиданно приятно. Помогли с покупкой билета в Запретный город в WeChat (добрые, терпеливые). Идеальный отель для Пекина в первый раз.
Один раз пообедали в отеле, цена немного выше чем в городе, но паста стоила того, превосходная!
В данном разделе пишу информацию для руководства отеля, на наше восприятие проживания не отразилось.
Нам сложно испортить настрой, поэтому и ставлю оценку 10, но хотелось бы обратить внимание руководства отеля на персонал на завтраке. Почти весь персонал на завтраке никуда не годится - угрюмые, обиженные, недовольные :).
