Please visit the Gatwick Airport website and pay your charge ahead of arrival. Payment must be made by midnight the day after the visit to drop off passengers at the forecourt. Nonpayment will be enforced through Parking Charge Notices at a charge of £100, reduced to £60 if paid within 14 days.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Great location, helpful staff
Shower was designed for a man. My room had no window, so felt claustrophobic. Would have been helpful to have had some more printed information in the room (e.g. how to alter the air conditioning)

The location is perfect take the stress out of everybody and stay there if you have an early flight. Free coffee and tea.

Got woken up at 5 am with the brain piercing alarm , every single guest had to be evacuated outside . Safety first …. and I completely understand , I would hate not to know when there was a raging fire. However , that’s not acceptable when the cause of the evacuation is the smoke sensor tripping from a steamy guest’s bathroom. Rooms are super small and sensors are placed by the bathroom’s door , I suspect this is very common occurrence in this venue. Someone takes a nice hot shower and trips the sensor, and you can say good bye to finishing up your sleep , that probably goes for every single guest during that event .

A clean tidy tiny room. Maybe OK if you wanted to catch a few hours sleep between flights.
The room was tiny and expensive. No room to put anything or sit, except on the bed. The bathroom was similar to a motorhome. When having shower, water went everywhere. Nothing to see or do at Gatwick, except eat (a few good cafes and bars).

Location and the bed was comfy
The cleaner on are floor was talk loud to another person on the phone and they where on loud speaker.. then after asking her to be quite the cleaner was very loud slamming and banging whist cleaning a room and she left the door open

Check in facile e automatico con il link che viene mandato via mail/booking. Dal telefono si può gestire comodamente accesso al piano (l'ascensore funziona avvicinando il proprio telefono), apertura porta della camera, accensione luci e aria condizionata. Stanza piccola, letto alla francese, tv grande. Bagno di dimensioni ridotte ma adatte alla camera. Non c'è un piatto doccia e questo fa bagnare il wc che si trova molto vicino. Dotato di asciugacapelli, asciugamani, grucce (senza armadio però). Abbiamo anche trovato due bottogliette d'acqua al nostro arrivo, ma non c'è un frigo bar. Check out facile e super comodo perché all'interno del Terminal Sud. Noi avevamo la partenza del volo dal terminal Nord e abbiamo comunque fatto tutto agevolmente e nei tempi grazie ad una navetta che in un paio di minuti collega i due terminal.
La nostra stanza era senza finestra e questo può dare un senso di oppressione (nonostante un riquadro con dei led che "simula" una finestra) ma per trascorrere poche ore in aeroporto è un'ottima soluzione.
