Please visit the Gatwick Airport website and pay your charge ahead of arrival. Payment must be made by midnight the day after the visit to drop off passengers at the forecourt. Nonpayment will be enforced through Parking Charge Notices at a charge of £100, reduced to £60 if paid within 14 days.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. The room was very spacious with a wonderful view. It was very advanced in the design and the bathroom facilities light years ahead of what we have ever experienced. Such fun!
Everything was to our liking.
I accidentally left my insulin behind in the hotel fridge. The staff were excellent in liaising with my children to arrange safe collection a week later. Please thank all at reception who helped.

Conveniently located to departures for an early flight. Super comfy beds.
The family room was a tight size. Also the shower floor not being separated from the rest if the shower room meant the floor got wet which isn’t great when you have 3 ppl in a tight space using it.
It was efficient, effective and served its purpose.
The room was tiny, for £120 per night I would have hoped for something bigger. Also, having to shower on top of the toilet is far from ideal – they should be separate so you can enter the toilet in your shoes without trampling through water.

Location was excellent, exited to shops of which some are open 24/7 and on another level, to the South Terminal security check for departures. North Terminal is 5-10 mins away by free transfer on shuttle/monorail. Room was small and basic.
The location was convenient, room was clean and comfortable for the family of 3.
