Emplacement très pratique à 5 min de la gare, plein de restaus et de magasins à proximité. Staff très gentil, bonne literie, chambre propre et lumineuse.

今回忘れ物を部屋の冷蔵庫にしてしまったのですが、大変丁寧に梱包して送ってくださいました

たったひとつのシミですべてが台無し
Pros:

駅から近いことと食事処も歩いていけるほど近いこと。

Cons:

スタッフの説明が手抜きに感じた。
宿泊税のことを事前説明なく支払うように言われたため。
説明があれば納得できたものを、宿泊費はすでに前払いしていたのに説明なくまだ請求があると聞いて驚いた。
説明を求めるとカウンターにあるチラシにもありますが、といった態度だったのが手抜きだと感じた理由である。
念のためにいうが支払うことについては問題にしていません。

朝食費用を払ったのだが、払った金額に対して味が大したことがなかった。
バイキング形式で種類は豊富ではあったが、全体的に冷めた料理が多く味がおちてしまっていたため。

La proximité avec la gare ; la gentillesse du personnel ; le café de bienvenue et les nombreux échantillons de produits pour la toilette (huiles démaquillantes, nettoyant pour le visage, toner, crème pour le visage, sels de bain...) ; la vue sur la ville depuis la chambre ; la taille de la chambre ; etc.

Cons:

C'est un micro détail mais les coussins sont très durs.

ホテルの方がとても親切で丁寧でした。
朝食、とっても美味しかったです。
サービスがとても良いホテルでした。

Cons:

設備が古いのでお部屋のシャワールームが古い感じがありました。排水溝が詰まりやすかったです。ただし清潔感はあるのでそこまで気にはなりませんでしたが。
