Ein hochwertiges Hotel mit hohen Ansprüchen und entsprechender Preisgestaltung
Pros:

Die Lage an der Donau und zur U-Bahn ist schön. Und perfekt, wenn man ohnehin gegenüber in der Donau City arbeiten muss. Beim Zimmer hatten wir extra die Level-Kategorie gebucht und ein größeres Zimmer mit einem Extra-Bett für die Kleine angefragt - aber nicht bekommen. Das Frühstück im Executive-Bereich war super.

Cons:

Auf unsere besonderen Anfragen im Vorfeld (Airport Shuttle Service, Vorab-Check-In) wurde nicht bzw. ausweichend reagiert. Das Hotel wusste, dass wir mit Kind gegen 11.00 Uhr aus Deutschland anreisen und wollte "sich bemühen, uns bei Ankunft damit entgegen zu kommen". Das Zimmer war dann tatsächlich fertig. Dennoch mussten wir als Level-Gäste eine Extra-Gebühr von 40,00 Eur für den Check-In in das bereits fertige (!) Zimmer zahlen. Um das vom Flug übermüdete Kind zu beruhigen: OK. Als Geschäftsreisender werde ich künftig das Melia meiden. In der Donau-City gibt es Alternativen.
