האמת, הכל היה פשוט מעולה!
חגגנו אירוסין ויום הולדת. הכנתי את הצוות מראש לכך. הם דאגו לנו לכל הפרטים הקטנים, היו שירותיים מאוד מהרגע הראשון. היו אדיבים, נחמדים וחמים.
מצטער שאנחנו לא זוכרים שמות, אך פקידות הקבלה היו מאוד מאוד טובות! סבלניות ודאגו להפוך לנו את החוויה לטובה עוד יותר.
הכל היה נקי, הנוף מהחדר מדהים ובמיוחד מהמסעדה בקומה ה-57.
הייתה לנו חופשה מדהימה ותרמתם המון לכך בלילה שבילינו אצלכם.

Frühstück war ok. Nichts besonderes.

Cons:

Mann konnte nehmen was man wollte und zusätzlich noch verschiedenes Bestellen. Am Sonntag als der Lachs um 9:00 Uhr schon aufgebraucht war, war die Aussage es gibt keinen mehr nicht zufriedenstellend. Für so ein Hotel sollte es kein Aufgebraucht geben schon gar nicht an einem Sonntag Morgen.

Pros:

The toilet was not clean at arrival. When I wanted to inform, the housekeeping did not answer or the reception on my call. So I needed to go down to reception to inform. No compensation was made.

موظفة استقبال الإفطار اسمها علي كلام موظفه الخدمه ميلانا تلبس نظارات حاولت منعي من دخول الإفطار الساعه 10:15 مع العلم الإفطار لغايه 10:30 وتقول لكم خمس دقائق للأكل
لايوجد شطاف ماء كما هو بالصور غير صحيح
بعيد عن السنتر تحتاج من 15 الي 30 دقايق حسب الزحمه

Pros:

What I like about Meliá Vienna is that it is a clean, modern and peaceful hotel located right by the Danube. I have stayed here many times, usually in the standard rooms, and I have always found the rooms to be comfortable and well maintained.

The standard rooms and the hotel in general offer a good level of quality, which is why Meliá Vienna has become my regular choice whenever I travel to Vienna. Despite the issues I experienced with the Level lounge and breakfast on this occasion, I continue to appreciate the hotel itself and the overall comfort and location it offers.

Cons:

We stayed at Meliá Vienna in a Level access room, which included access to the lounge and breakfast. Unfortunately, this time we felt that the lounge and breakfast did not offer good value for money.

The lounge offerings were, in my opinion, quite disappointing and far below what we expected. Breakfast was also frustrating from a service perspective. The coffees we ordered were promised to be brought to our table, but despite waiting, they never arrived. We were also repeatedly served the wrong orders.

Another issue was the condition of the breakfast tables. Several tables were so unstable and wobbly that we had to change tables multiple times before finding one that was suitable.

Overall, the quality of the Level lounge and breakfast did not meet our expectations this time and, in our opinion, was not worth the additional cost. The hotel itself is impressive, but unfortunately our experience with these services was disappointing.
