Frühstück, Lage waren sehr toll .
An der Rezeption wird Russisch nicht akzeptiert. SPA Bereich war sehr gut aber bisschen zu kurz und manchmal überfüllt ( statt 6 Personen waren 10-12) und dann gingen alle nach und nach weg .
Ansonsten cooles Hotel , sehr gute Lage , nettes Personal .

The location
The cleaning service is very slow. The spa is tiny. The breakfast buffet is also tiny. The price does NOT match why the property has to offer. Also I tried to have an early check in and they told me it would be the same price as one whole night, instead of the normal rate.
Location. Disappointed that we were given a room that was accessible by stairs, once I explained to staff that we only use hotels with lifts they found us another room.
It was very dark.

The pool was an additional €19 each for 90 minutes which isn’t obviously mentioned when booking
While described as a small double room it was plenty big enough. The bed was enormous and very comfortable with plenty of pillows to choose from.
