Nice and pleasant
Pros:

It was clean, nice room, bath and possibility to use SPA facilities. The room’s windows face inner yard, so it was quiet at night even on Friday night.

Cons:

The only inconvenience was about the homeless men roaming around the hotel, but of course this is not the Hotel’s fault. Also, it is on the pricier side to stay there. Massages are rather expensive too.

Enjoyed our 3 day stay in Riga at the Wellton Centrum .
Pros:

Location was good, heart of Old town and close walking to many terrific sites
Buffet breakfast was good

Cons:

Spa was a bit poor, not worth the money. Should be included for guests.

Unable to open curtains to let day light in due to rooms being opposite and could see directly into others rooms.

Ate in the restaurant, rude and ignorant waitress did not smile the entire time and was abrupt and dismissive.
Reported our meals being cold responded with a grunt and never relayed this to the back of house.
Repeated this to another waitress who asked why we didn’t say anything earlier. Explained that we did.
Very helpful other female waitress rectified this and could not apologise enough.

Mitten in der Altstadt
Pros:

Schönes Zimmer, nette Kommunikation.
Super Spa-Bereich.

Cons:

Unter Umständen ist der Spa überfüllt mit Familien und kleinen Kindern (laut und unruhig). Besser nicht am WE Spa buchen, dann ist es ruhiger.

Pros:

Cleanliness comfortable bed. Still & sparkling water available from a dispenser in hallway

Cons:

No iron or ironing board. Hairdryer didn’t work for long. Barely dried my hair. Would have prefered a plug in dryer not one attached to the wall
