Beautiful rooms and lovely service, but the pool area lacked sunshine and atmosphere.
Pros:

The rooms were beautiful, spacious and very comfortable, and they were serviced exceptionally well every day. Everything was always presented beautifully and the staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. The resort itself is very peaceful and well maintained, and we really enjoyed the overall service during our stay.

Cons:

The main downside for us was the pool area. During our stay the pool received very little sun, which meant the water was quite cold and we didn’t really get to enjoy it as much as we would have liked.

We also found the pool area lacked a little atmosphere. We knew it was an adults-only resort and expected it to be peaceful, but it felt almost a little too quiet for us! Some soft background music around the pool would have made a big difference and created a more relaxed holiday atmosphere while still keeping the peaceful feel of the resort.

We booked at Kejora based on location and customer reviews.
Pros:

Great location, right next to Icon Bali & walking distance from the beach. Lovely setting, nice facilities, loved the indoor/outdoor bathroom.

Cons:

Our room had a musty smell which persisted for the 8 nights we stayed there. It was very noticeable when we returned to the room when it had been closed up for a few hours.

The room was fantastic, and the view of the pool and gardens was gorgeous. Fantastic location, close to everything!

Everything was really perfect for this hotel.
Location: Icon Bali was next door..private access to the beach and sunbeds. The Glasshouse restaurant was also next door and Hotel Breakfast was serving there.
Very friendly and helpful staff. They even helped us with Fast Boat ferry ticket.
Room: veeeeery big and comfy bed. New designed and decorated room. Clean bathroom.
Definitely come back here again if I go to Sanur.

最高の時間だった。帰りたくなくなります。ここに住みたくなるくらい。

全てが本当に良かった！バリには住んでいたし、数えきれないくらい滞在もしていますが、今までで1番良かったです♪規模、清潔感、内装、外観、ロケーション、全てにおいて最高です。
