Great retreat
Pros:

It is a large room with a comfortable bed. It is lovely and quiet to sleep. I love the large shower and huge bathroom. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash smell nice and easy to use.

Pros:

Good location for my needs. Quiet as well. Room was spacious and bed comfortable.

Cons:

Coffee making items weren't replenished. The bedroom didn't have its own split system heater/cooler like the main area so a portable heater was supplied. But it was so noisy and rattley that I could use it.

Pros:

Very neat, clean and spacious!

Cons:

There weren't any teaspoons and there was some crockery missing. Need comfortable pillows and there were no extra blankets.

Shocking smell as you entered reception
Pros:

The room was ok but no directions about how to run the heater.

Cons:

The reception area smelt like an Indian restaurant upon check in and check out. It was horrendous to walk into a reception area and run into that smell. The room was ok but no directions how to run the heater. There was no direction upon checking in. Tried ro call on the phone however it had no reception button etc. We had to call the hotel directly from my mobile phone.

Good value for money, quiet location
Pros:

We liked that it was a villa type accommodation, rather than an apartment block. It was spacious and had everything we needed. Parking was directly at the front of the villa. Shops and eateries were only a couple of minute drive. It was a quiet location with pleasant surroundings and gardens. The receptionist was friendly and courteous. We appreciated the complimentary cookies.

Cons:

Could have had a spare blanket, but once the reverse air conditioner kicked in, and we were in bed, it was a good temperature (we stayed in winter time).

Comy beds to rest after a long day. Close to point cook Shops, McDonalds and other restaurants

Overall I would be happy to recommend your hotel to others and would stay there again.
Pros:

Bed and pillows were comfortable. Ensuite was a good size and room felt 'roomy'. Parking facilities were good and there was sufficient outside lighting at night.

Cons:

Ensuite sink had a blockage and slow to drain. I turned on the AC and it appeared to sound like it was 'hunting' and not producing a constant air flow. The room is large enough to have a breakfast table and a couple of good table chairs. I thought the black chair was below par for the standard of accommodation that you have established.

Amazing find - quiet and comfortable stay.
Pros:

It was such a nice find for the price. It was well located outside of Melbourne CBD you could drive in and spend the day in the CBD, there was also easy shopping nearby for a quick shop or something to eat. The room and bathroom was exceptionally big for what one would normally expect, the shower was awesome. The staff were really friendly and helpful.

Cons:

I would have loved a kitchenette to cook for myself but it is a small thing and this would not put me off staying again. The heated pool could have done with more heat it was a bit chilly for my liking.

Comfortable.
Pros:

Size of the rooms were great and they were clean & modern. Location is very quiet. Staff were helpful.

Cons:

Rooms weren't serviced daily which would be fine if adequate supplies were left at the beginning of the stay, however we were left with 1 soap & 1 milk for 2 people for 3 nights. We did go to reception & they were happy to supply more. The most annoying thing was that the TV does not receive free to air stations eg ABC, SBS etc.

Pros:

It was very comfortable and clean, and very spacious.

Cons:

The door closed behind me while unpacking the car and I didnt have the key or my phone with me. The key was plugged in for the power/lights to be on, so I didnt even think to take it with me, or ensure the door remained open. Staff were very helpful though, and got us sorted very quickly.
