Space, kitchen facilities proximity to shopping and eating out. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Bathroom maintenance required, shower holder for soap etc fell from the wall. Water on the floor after showering was a bit dangerous and only a small bathmat provided to mop it up.
The location and privacy was amazing. The bed was very comfortable. Check in and check out was very promt and quick even when having to contact the onsite manager.
The room itself needs updating. There were scuff marks over the wall, the shower grouting/silicone has mould and there was long hair on the floor.
Love the scenery, & the the distance between the rooms.
My partner and I weren’t comfortable in the bed. We felt itchy under the covers.

Towels... only given 2, a bathmat and 2 face cloths. No handcloths. Twice had to ask for more.
Not enough dishwasher liquid... had to use my shampoo to do dishes. Not enough china or cutlery. No extra pillows. And only one extra blanket which was thin. I was disappointed.
The room was clean, the bed comfortable and the bathroom was spacious, the sower was awesome
The room did not get cleaned or the bed made, even though the sign was out to say, "please, tidy my room".

Not much, except that when I put out the, "tidy my room" sign, only towels were left on the desk. I was expecting the bed linen to be changed and the room vacuumed.
