In general it was a lovely room with very nice staff.
Was a bit unlucky at night with two small unwanted guests waking me up in the middle of the night. the security guy helped me 'fix it' but it ruined my experience.

Great location next to monkey forest, monkeys come on balcony which we loved watching them from inside the room. (They only came infrequently). Room was very nice, big and clean. Pool nice. Breakfast is brought to you in your room.
Some construction near by but common in ubud, you can’t really get away from it. Potentially could be more option for breakfast but not complaining for the price and service.

Watching the monkeys in the forest is the only highlight of this place, but otherwise the monkeys can be a problem, as they came onto my balcony, and tried to get into my room, also they nearly stole my swimwear drying outside, if you are not paying attention they will steal your stuff / try to get in.
I stayed in Ubud for 1 month and this was the worst stay.
-Ant swarm in the bathroom. I know bugs are a thing here, but this was a real swarm, I did not leave food out or on the floor it was there when I arrived.
- really really unsafe half width steps up the room, this is hard with luggage and in general - unsafe stairs
-'breakfast included' was not a very wide variety so I did not have it.
-room was dusty and triggered my dust allergies.
