Thank you very much for a perfect stay!! 💗 Your kindness, friendliness of staff and quiet comfort with the availability of air conditioning soothed our weariness in an instant 😍 Your mattresses and fresh bedding are top quality, as well. Our knowing that a delicious breakfast would be ready for us in the morning made us enjoy even more our restful nights. The very late arrival during the pre-dawn morning hours after flight delays and an unexpected train-bus detour due to construction was instantly transformed into smiles and understanding of the front desk receptionist of Hotel Caroline who make our stay always a Joy!! Don't miss the opportunity to be their guest💝🤩

Ideal für einen günstigen Aufenthalt
Pros:

Gutes Frühstück und eine sehr gute Matratze, nachts ruhig trotz Zimmer zur Straße. Das Hotel Caroline ist zentral gelegen, direkte Anbindung an Bus und Straßenbahn. Unser Zimmer im altem Hotelteil war relativ günstig. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Duschbad wurde vor kurzem modernisiert.

Cons:

Die Gegend hat schon bessere Zeiten erlebt.
Die Zimmerreinigung könnte besser sein und
1 oder 2 Bilder bzw. etwas Deko würde das Zimmer aufwerten (Wir waren sehr viel in Wien unterwegs und haben Fitness & co nicht genutzt).

Hotel muy practico, cómodo y tranquilo. A media hora de pleno centro de Viena. Parece mucho pero si te gusta caminar llegas muy fácil disfrutando de la ciudad. Pensaba utilizar metro que tiene parada próxima pero finalmente no fue necesario. Cómo mejor se disfruta de la ciudad es caminando y viendo su arquitectura. Sin palabras.
El recepcionista del hotel una maravilla en atención y amabilidad. En resumen, todo perfecto y si además abandonas la habitación y quieres seguir disfrutando de la ciudad por la tarde, tienen servicio de consigna para equipajes totalmente gratis., todo un detalle en una ciudad donde hasta te cobran por ir al baño.

Cercano a la estación central de Viena.los trabajadores de recepción muy amables y simpáticos.
Desayuno correcto sin alardes.

Cons:

El baño no lo limpiaron ningún día. El suelo estaba sucio y con pelos aunque limpiarán los inodoro.
El baño está demasiado pequeño para desenvolverse con comodidad.
