Ottima posizione pulito e personale cordiale. C’è anche palestra e piscina ristorante e bar con un caffè mespresso molto

Nell’appartamento c’è la cucina ma non c’è nessuna pentola e mancavano coltelli e forchetta che mi sono stati forniti a richiesta

Não tinha nenhum copo para tomar água, nem microondas, NADA. Achei péssimo isso. Acomodação super antiga, bem como elevador ruim

Não gostei de nada.
O elevador travou nos dias em fiquei, não parava no 18 andar em que eu estava, ou parava no 20 ou descia direto para o térreo e isso vi acontecer com outros hóspedes também. Senti muita insegurança em entrar no elevador. Cheguei a reclamar na recepção, mas não foi resolvido

Valeu cada centavo.
Pros:

O Flat está bem localizado, em frente ao Complexo Matarazzo e bem atrás do MASP. Além disso, a equipe é super simpática. As acomodações são confortáveis. O café da manhã servido no restaurante é ótimo, assim como o restaurante à noite. Embora esteja sofrendo reforma, as equipes de limpeza são eficientes. O lugar é maravilhoso. com certeza, voltarei.

Cons:

Embora não tenha me incomodado tanto, o ar condicionado não estava funcionado, assim como a TV a cabo. Reclamamos no primeiro dia, e os problemas foram solucionados naquele instante, mas no dia seguinte nada estava funcionando. Como se tratava de uma viagem rápida a trabalho e estava frio, estes problemas não nos incomodaram. Sugeriram a troca de quarto, mas isso não foi necessário.
