Pros:

離捷運站很近，交通方便。房間也很寬敞。早餐有中西式，基本的選項都有。晚上若外帶食物回來，也可以利用一樓餐廳的空間。

Cons:

房間內還是有煙味，可能是很久以前遺留的氣味。若能改善就近乎完美了。

房間：空間很大，有客廳區，床柔軟舒適，無菸味，隔音不錯。
早餐：很多種選擇，飯、粥、菜(推滑蛋、彩椒杏鮑菇)、燒賣(兩種)、牛奶豆漿各有冰熱、生菜沙拉、小包子口味多、烤吐司(四種吐司麵包)抹醬(四種)。

Cons:

房間：書桌上有發現好幾隻螞蟻！
早餐：豆漿沒有無糖、地瓜粥的地瓜又硬不甜。
大廳：進入後是階梯，沒有坡道，需要注意安全。
