Clean. Nice staff run down 1 1/2 stars. Great location
Pros:

The staff were nice. Not helpful yet nice. The room was clean. Not well maintained yet clean. The room has issues that were not resolved during my stay. Very European like as the first floor is floor zero. No elevator and I was on the 3 floor. Stairwell carpet needs serious cleaning.

Cons:

The room had issues. Couldn’t find the bathroom light until the 2nd stay. Staff had no idea. Toilet seat was not secure. Nightstand table drawer when opened smelled like dead fish. Blinds were falling off and fell off during my stay. No response from the staff. Hole in the wall behind the door

Did the job at a good price! Safe and clean.
Pros:

Amazing location, clean, friendly staff, great price for SF

Cons:

No elevator, walls are paper thin and neighbours can be noisy, no AC so you have to keep the window open, very small, fridge is noisy

Pros:

muy buena ubicación, cerca del Alamo square y painted ladies, muy tranquila, cama muy cómoda, vistas desde la ventana (pisos superiores) del skyline, limpia, aunque no cambian sábanas, si hacen la cama y cambian toallas

que la ventana se pudiera sostener abierta, poco espacio para la ropa, habitación bastante pequeña

Location was good, clean, coffee a bonus.

Cons:

Electric in this hotel is very outdated as the refrigerator in my room would only work sporadically. The electric outlet was loose and I would have to play with it to make it work.

Kellemes , nyugodt helyen van, tömegközlekedéssel jó az elérhetőség. Kávéautomata van a földszinten. Minden nap volt törölközőcsere.

Great location for a short stay during my solo trip
Pros:

Authentic hotel in great location to visit San Francisco; nice neighbourhood; restaurants/bars and grocery store nearby, and busses get you to Downtown/Mission/beaches easily.

Bed was comfortable and I liked the fridge + microwave and that the large window opened to let in sun + fresh air. And the staff is nice too.

Cons:

Just mentioning that the room is small and that the budget rate for this city is reflective of the fact that some maintenance is overdue.
I would stay here again nonetheless!
