הרסו לנו את הירח דבש.
הגענו אחרי החתונה, אמרו לנו שהמלון כמעט ריק ושנהנה מזה.
קיבלנו לאורך כל השהות שירות מתחת לכל ביקורת
היחס מהעובדים היה חסר סבלנות ומכוער, כשהזמנו סנדוויץ' לחדר מהשירות חדרים הוא הגיע אחרי יותר משעה, כשהלחם היה קפוא (!) והירקות לא טריים.
למחרת הזמנו אוכל מבחוץ, ביקשנו מעובדי המלון שיעלו לנו את המשלוח לחדר, ומהרגע שהמשלוח הגיע למלון לקח יותר מ40 דקות עד שהביאו לנו אותו, וגם זה אחרי שהתקשרנו פעמיים. העובד ששם את המשלוח בדלת החדר קילל אותנו מבעד לדלת.
בן זוגי הזמין לנו מסאז' זוגי, ואחרי פחות מרבע שעה התקשר לבטל אחד מהמסאזים ולהשאיר את השני. הוא נענה בבוז שלא ניתן לבטל וכבר חוייבנו על שניהם, וגם אי אפשר לעשות מסאז' אחד ארוך יותר.
אם אתם מעוניינים רק בתמונות יפות - זה המלון. קחו בחשבון שתתאכזבו מכל דבר אחר בו.

הגעתי למלון ברמת חמישה כוכבים עם ציפיות גבוהות בהתאם למחיר היקר והשם הבינלאומי, אך חוויתי אכזבה קשה ומפגע בטיחותי שאינו קביל.
במהלך המהלך במלון, נחבלתי ברגלי ונפצעתי כתוצאה מסרגל מתכת שהתרומם באופן מסוכן מתוך רצפת הפרקט במעבר. מלבד העובדה שמדובר בזלזול חמור בתחזוקת המקום ובבטיחות האורחים, גם התנהלות הצוות לאחר המקרה הייתה מתחת לכל ביקורת.
לאחר שדיווחתי על הפציעה, לקח לצוות המלון כ-15 דקות שלמות רק כדי להביא לי חומר חיטוי בסיסי. למרות המחדל הבטיחותי הברור והעובדה שנפצעתי בשטח המלון, המלון לא לקח אחריות, לא התנצל כראוי ואפילו לא הציע פיצוי כלשהו על החוויה המזעזעת.
ממלון ברמה ובטווח המחירים הזה מצפים לתחזוקה ללא דופי ולמענה שירותי מהיר, רגיש ומפצה ברגעי כשל. לא הגיוני שאורחים יפצעו מרצפה תקולה ויקבלו יחס כה אדיש. לא מומלץ בכלל.
