walking distance to beach but beach was littered w a lot of plastic. had a fridge but wasn't good temp and ruined the fruit i put inside

Cons:

black mold in bathroom, gaing hole in celing dripping down. wifi was barely working and i was forced to use my whole data card to get basic wifi work done. ac remote didnt work well and i froze w ac on one night and no one answered my 8 calls and texts-starting at 7pm. another time it wouldn't turn on and i was melting. onsite staff is helpful but management doesn't answer texts.

Very disappointing quality and service
Pros:

they guy who checked me in was nice and helpful, apart from that, very bad experience.

-not clean
-damp and very bad air quality (mouldy)
-no functioning wifi and I needed wifi for work
-no help/service regarding a possible cancellation
-I am also disappointed with booking.com because they could not help me further

Cons:

I travel south-east-asia for a long time and always stay in budget places.

If you like counting or chasing cockroaches and drying off with a towel that was once white (but that was a looong time ago - bedsheets same) then you are in the right spot. Your garbage bin is in the hallway and you better leave it there, disgusting as it is.

Good luck finding staff to ask for toilet paper or cleaning the room etc. (I stayed a week), because that doesn't happen.
