W hotelu było bardzo czysto, dostępna lodówka w pokoju. Pokój przestronny, brakowało tylko czajnika. Śniadania smaczne, spory wybór. Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa.

The best hotel we have been in Romania the whole trip
Pros:

The rooms were big, spacious, very clean entry, rooms. Very nice smell. You could enter by digital code in app. The breakfast was very satisfying, all kinds of food, sweets, drinks. Everyone was kind, and waited for us for late checkin. We communicated via booking chat, all smooth. 🤗🤗🤗🤗

Cons:

Digital code can be tricky, if your phone battery dies, or dont have internet. I dont know how it can be handled, maybe they can offer some cards, if you want to be safe, because there is no 24 hour reception. However they communicated smoothly via booking chat.

Cons:

Dezamăgire totală. Pentru 3 stele nu i-aș oferi nici măcar 2. Am rezervat două camere pentru o noapte. Copiii, cazați la parter, au avut o cameră acceptabilă, însă eu, în camera 203, am avut parte de mai multe probleme: bara de la duș mi-a rămas efectiv în mână, telecomanda televizorului nu avea baterii, mocheta era foarte uzată, unul dintre scaune avea tapițeria pătată, iar salteaua a fost extrem de incomodă — m-am trezit mai obosită decât eram înainte să ajung.

În plus, pentru un cățel de talie mică au solicitat o taxă de 20% din prețul camerei, ceea ce mi se pare exagerat raportat la condițiile oferite.

Nu recomand.

Das Hotel war für meine Zwecke ausreichend. Würde dort noch einmal übernachten.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und war sauber. Mein Hund wurde freundlich begrüßt. Das Frühstück war reichlich. Es wurde immer sofort wieder aufgefüllt wenn etwas alle war. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Das Wasser im Badezimmer hat sehr muffig gerochen und man hat selber nach dem duschen auch so gerochen. Ist aber schnell auf der Haut verflogen.
