Hotel Ereza Mar - Adults Only

La habitación tiene una cama amplia. El cuarto de baño es suficiente y el balcón es genial porque es muy espacioso.

El personal dejó todo muy bien y se nota que trabajan duro, ha sido genial la experiencia gracias a todos ellos, desde la recepcionista hasta el equipo del restaurante, todos son muy amables y le dan un plus al alojamiento impresionante.

Tanto el desayuno como la cena la teníamos incluidas y nos gustó mucho. La habitación es muy amplia, buen colchón y en general la limpieza muy buena. La situación es inmejorable, y la atención del personal es excelente.

El personal muy agradable simpático las actuación flamenca y la chica cantante muy bien me gustó muchísimo Daniel muy simpático y nos oriento sobre algunas playas para nosotros estuvo todo a nuestro alcance lo recomiendo gracias

Cleanliness. Junior Suite room with sea view. Location. Food was generally good. Very comfortable beds. Staff apart from 1 were very friendly and helpful.

Said, the entertainment guy is so funny we feel so comfortable with him and join in the game when ever we can..we have a good laugh.. it’s our 4th time here all the bar staff..restaurant manager Eais they all remember us by name and make us very welcome, will always return, 5 star ⭐

We booked this Hotel then after reading some reviews we did think that we might have made a mistake . We have just returned and wanted to do an honest review. On arrival the Staff at the Hotel were lovely and informative, our room was 338 which was quite small but was clean ,we noticed on other reviews about a lack of hanging space,this was very true ,a small wardrobe but not full length to hang my wife dresses, she had to make do,with hanging them over the back of a chair, people said about a lack of sun beds,we never had a problem the main pool is not in the sun all day, tip get the beds opposite the main restaurant as they seem to have the sun on them most of the day, only a few umbrellas and they are fixed to the floor. Entertainment in the evening was ok nothing special, but the seating areas were mainly wicker chairs and were very uncomfortable , the restaurant served a lot of various dishes ,and you could always make a meal . Hotel is in a good location, with plenty of bars and restaurants and shops nearby all in all we did have a lovely relaxing week here,and as its Adults only but would not say 4*, you had a mix of age groups, would we go back probably not as it didnt wow us .

This place was lovely, close to shops and food courts. The hotel was lovely and clean with daily room cleaning. The breakfast was lovely too. We would definitely recommend here.

Sin duda, lo mejor del alojamiento es su personal. Fueron sumamente amables y serviciales en todo momento, lo cual se agradece mucho.

A lovely hotel with great staff, decent food and drink in a nice resort.
If you get the chance to upgrade to a seaview junior suite then do it as it's worth every penny

Lovely hotel, the room was really nice, the bed was comfortable, we had a fantastic sea view, there were some negative reviews regarding the food, but it was lovely plenty of choice, the staff were friendly and we would definitely go back

Stayed for 5 nights with my mum and will definitely be back.
Room was large and clean with a side sea view and very comfortable beds. Clean towels etc. every day.
Food was good quality and was better than some other 4* hotels I have stayed to in the canaries.
Wine was very drinkable although the cocktails could have been better.
Pool area and hot tub area very nice and quiet with lovely views.
Staff were really what made this hotel. So friendly and quickly remembering that you are all inclusive and your favourite drink orders.
Chairs in the bar could do with replacing and entertainment could be better. But with so many bars nearby we headed out a few times if we didn’t fancy the in house entertainment.
Had a lovely few days and very good value with Jet2.
