La limpieza todos los días y la amabilidad de todos los trabajadores,y solucionar todas las incidencias y peticiones que solicitamos,y el poder disfrutar de las instalaciones sin coste añadido asta la salida de nuestro vuelo y sobre todo lo de podernos duchar , gracias

Pros:

The room was a very good size, good location, really good breakfast and dinner. Thought the drinks included at dinner for half-board was a lovely touch, as many other hotels don't do that. Pool area was nice.

Cons:

Not a fault of the hotel per se, but 95% of the sun loungers on the terrace were reserved by other guests with their towels and no sign of the people themselves.

All in all a great stay. Good weather.
Pros:

I've been to Hotel Erez Mar 3 times now and I think it's great. Fantastic location, very clean and the staff are wonderful. Lovely infinity pool.

Cons:

There was a light shining through the bathroom window all night and the bed had a quilt which was far too hot. Who needs a quilt in June? Also some of the food was cold. Mainly chips, potatoes and onion rings. I didn't try the vegetables so I don't know about them.

Es como si de repente no estuvieras en España. Cuesta encontrar a alguien que no hable en inglés, incluso en el hotel Los camareros no entienden cierran cocina a las 9:30 de la noche. Señores estamos en España!!! Nos han j***** las vacaciones con esos horarios tan extremos

Our second stay and not out last. Not enough superlatives to describe this hotel.
Pros:

Great room. Great view. No children
Reception staff exceptional- especially Nelson ( Manager) extremely helpful with a situation which arose.

Cons:

Staff ( who were extremely friendly) are too quick to remove plates ( from one before second person finished.

Perfecto para una escapada a la isla por trabajo o por ocio. Todo el personal es de primera.
Pros:

La habitación tiene una cama amplia. El cuarto de baño es suficiente y el balcón es genial porque es muy espacioso.

El personal dejó todo muy bien y se nota que trabajan duro, ha sido genial la experiencia gracias a todos ellos, desde la recepcionista hasta el equipo del restaurante, todos son muy amables y le dan un plus al alojamiento impresionante.

Cons:

La habitación es sobria, tuve algún problema con la ducha, pero no era culpa del personal ni de las instalaciones en sí, era por un filo que no estaba bien sellado.

Pros:

Tanto el desayuno como la cena la teníamos incluidas y nos gustó mucho. La habitación es muy amplia, buen colchón y en general la limpieza muy buena. La situación es inmejorable, y la atención del personal es excelente.

Cons:

Me dio la impresión de que en la habitación tenía algo más de hormigas de lo esperable, pero puede ser por cualquier cosa, no hay que olvidar que el hotel está en primerísima línea de playa pegado a la costa.
