O hotel é muito bom. Eu e minha noiva gostamos bastante. Os funcionários são simpáticos, a localização do hotel na minha opinião é perfeita. A qualidade da comida é muito boa principalmente do almoço e da janta. As piscinas também são ótimas e o hotel em si é aconchegante.
O café da manhã. Não é de todo o ruim, mas poderia ter uma variedade maior durante os dias. É literalmente todos os dias café da manhã típico inglês.

The staff was friendly, the bed was comfortable and the facilities were very clean. It's very close to the airport.
In comparison to a three star, all inclusive, adults only hotel that I stayed in last year, Ereza Mar disappointed me. I didn't appreciate that you have to pay extra for the safe and the pilates classes (included in the other hotel) and that there were barely any parasols around the pool area. The sunbeds are pretty worn out and the hotel overall seems a bit dated, too. The food was okay but mostly cafeteria style (oily vegetables, french fries, fried in general). The 'coffee machine' at breakfast spits out Nescafé.
In the evenings, the entertainment could be heard in my room as if I was sitting right in front of the loudspeakers. I don't know if soundproofing is even an option but if you have an early flight and/or want to go to bed early and/or just chill in your room in the evening, I suggest you bring earplugs. At least it stops at around 11/11:30pm.
Something that also bothered me was the rubbish outside the hotel. I know it's not technically the hotel's fault but once you leave the gate at the seafront for a stroll towards the beach there's an incredible amount of garbage right in front of the gate. Maybe the city should do a better job and send cleaning crews but REALLY the tourists should be held accountable for the way they treat the island on which they are guests. I avoided leaving the hotel after seeing this.

El bufete muy repetitivo y si llegabas sobre 14h o 20.30 ya lo más rico no había. Tardan en reponer. Es un comentario para una mejora no una critica. La calidad de la comida está bien

The Hotel is in the perfect location. It is within 5-10 minutes of beach, shops ,bars, restaurants ,activities and entertainment. You are close to everything so easy access but just far enough away from and noise during night.The infinity pool looks over the sea. There was always plenty of food to choose from in the restaurant. (They had lactose free milk which isn't provided in all hotels and a gluten free section).We went half board but choose to eat out a few times for evening meals , on those occasions we were able to switch dinner and lunch around as long as we informed reception in the morning.( This was a welcome surprise as this isn't always an option). The hotel has an a la carte restaurant on site which is one of the places we chose to eat in the evening. the food was delicious and a 10% deduction was given as we were hotel guests. The Hotel was always kept very clean. They have several pools, as mentioned before and infinity pool overlooking the sea as well as two other swimming pools on ground level. one of which had a hoist to aid disabled people into the pool. There are also ramps throughout the hotel . On the upper level there are 4 hot tubs and a sundeck. The hotel also has a gym, pool/table tennis table and quite areas in the shade should you want them.They.do run activtes though the day along with some evening entertainment. THE HOTEL STAFF were always pleasant and extremely helpful. the atmosphere throughout the hotel was relaxed , chilled and friendly. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here. again if/when we return.
