Lancaster stay
Pros:

Request for room near elevators (r/t lengthy walk disability) okd at desk...a plus. Room overall good...seemed dingey/musty. Good to finally get to bed after long day.

Cons:

Room seemed dingey/musty...could be it's an older Holiday Inn. Called a few times enroute...phone rang endlessly without pickup. Only one person at front desk...nice enough, not very personable. Having to pay $15 (separately from room) to park in your garage was ridiculous. Other hotel stays with garages have had me get ticket voucher and just turn in at end of stay. Parking garage was hard to find as there was another across street.
Overall, not the worst hotel I've stayed at. Suits the purpose of sleeping.

Perfect base camp for exploring this great city
Pros:

We used this hotel as a the base camp for our getaway weekend in Lancaster. And it was perfect in location for exploring the city, amenities, and cleanliness. We arrived Friday evening after a day of work, hungry and a little disoriented from the drive. The concierge Kate asked us a few questions about what we to eat, and we gave her a lot of nonsensical answers. We did not know what we wanted. Then she recommended Lancaster’s Southern Market—with its bar at the center, and vendors selling all different types of food at its perimeter. Perfect entry into this lively historic city. Thank you, Kate. We were out and about the whole weekend, and appreciated the free parking at the adjacent garage. Lancaster has it going on!

Would not recommend with pricing.
Pros:

Cleanliness of facility and comfort of the rooms. Location was fantastic in the city.

Cons:

It said breakfast was included. Paying over $300 per room, it should be buy no. $14.84 per person. We did get complimentary coffee which was good coffee. Overheard people booking their room for $160. Desk clerk stating there was plenty. Yet online i was told only 2 rooms left and paid $333. Got together with my best friend that I haven’t seen in months and wanted to smoke a cigar with him as he had a foot injury and needed seating. There was not a single place outside. That had seating where we could sit down and relax if there was a whole balcony area, but we were banned from it. Then, when we left, my friend for his room that we purchased together, he had to pay eight dollars for parking. With our experience, I would not recommend staying here

Great experience!
Pros:

The stay at the holiday has been great! Kate in concierge was very informative at check-in. She reassured me that the experience would be positive. The location is great and close to so many places. The pool was great and staff was always around to help. I had a minor issue with parking but Ramon was quick to help and it made the experience even better.
If I were to change anything it would be to add a drying rack in the room for swim suits and a microwave to heat up leftovers from the amazing restaurants! I’d be happy to stay here again. A big thank you to all the incredible staff!
