Good value for money
Pros:

Spacious room with all amenities, however, no bar - but this is normal as this is a 3 star hotel. Clean, sound proof. The location was perfect for me, as I lived next door and needed a place to stay the night before leaving town. Breakfast is average, nothing exceptional, but you would find one of everything. Staff are cheerful and friendly. I believe it is good value for money.

Cons:

I had two rooms, and the bathroom door wouldn't lock properly for both. One thing I didn't like was that the lack of full cream milk in breakfast, call me picky, but I do care about my breakfast, and it is the first time I see a hotel forcing you into semi-skimmed milk, and I have been to many hotels around the world. I reported a heating problem to one of the receptionists, he didn't follow through, however, it turned out not to be a problem and heating was fine.

Pleasant staff, nice facilities

Cons:

Aerial was broken on tv, after reporting it, told no spares. Also staff realised they had given us the wrong room so we were swapped. This was great but someone else would ultimately have the room with no aerial. Parking is very limited for the size of the hotel. My colleagues had to park further up the road in another facility.

Bearing in mind it's mid Oct, I would have expected a duvet instead of a light bed spread, therefore I felt cold most of the night and did not sleep well.

Regarding breakfast, although included we did not have breakfast, our choice.

We were also surprised to find out car parking was chargeable at £16.50. When I selected the filter while choosing a hotel for a "twin" and "car parking" I was not expecting the hotel to advertise a "car park" that was not theirs but belonged to a private third party.

Excellent comfortable hotel
Pros:

The staff are friendly and welcoming. Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Superb bathroom. Comfy bed. TV and tea/coffee facilities, hairdryer, ironing board and iron. Enough room to put overnight case away in wardrobe. Plenty of accessible sockets and charging points. Adjustable air conditioning so the room temperature was just as I wanted it. Free wifi. Good breakfast. Reasonable evening menu but also option for 24hour room service. Onsite parking (though pricey). Excellent location for my needs.

Good location. Comfortable room

Cons:

The food ordering. Expecting guests to hang about in the bar waiting for food that has been ordered through the app is ridiculous. I was kept hanging about for over half an hour after a long day's work. I missed my favourite TV programme as a result. The system needs to change so that the customer gets a phone call when the food is ready
