The room was spacious, quiet, and comfortable. Breakfast was good, too.
The only drawback was that it was a little far from the city centre.
Breakfeast was grate with lots of choices. Very tasty. Coffee was amazing.
Maybe internet could be faster and maybe possibility of netflix on TV.

Liked being able to park on site although £15 was a bit steep.
3pm check in was a bit limiting.
I was part of a college reunion group and arrived mid day and although was allowed to park we all had to come back at 3pm to check in.
As we were all 70 years old going out to start our stay, having had a few drinks, some lunch and then needing to return to the hotel and then make our way out again UP HILL took the edge off the day a little.
Very comfortable. The room was a cut above average for this kind of hotel.

The friendliness of all the staff we had interaction with. Cleanliness was excellent. Delicious breakfast, communication from Jack, checking we were happy with our room etc. Excellent value for the price we paid.
Not easy to find on foot from train station, and a little further out than expected. Otherwise no complaints.
Staff were very pleasant welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was really nice worth the stay. Rooms were comfy with minimal noise distraction from surrounding areas.
My friend was bit during the night when in bed. While waiting around in the morning before going to the festival (the reason behind our stay) there was a flea on me. Parking £30 for two nights when there was a car park across the road charging £7.59 a day we did not notice this until after we had paid for parking.
