I don't recommend this hotel. Staff not helpful at all. During night we called reception to find out if it's possible to prebook a taxi. All we heard was 'you can book yourself'..

The staff were outstanding! Couldn't do enough to help. Rooms comfortable and clean. Breakfast was excellent. Would recommend without hesitation.
The distance to tram stop wasn't far but up a hill. Bit tiring when you haven't got a car and are elderly.
Also parking was not too great, apparently
