The stay at the hotel was very pleasant

Maybe the check out time could take place later than 10 am. The parking outside is not available in the evening.

L'albergo si trova in una buona posizione
La stanza era spaziosa e pulita e l'accoglienza da parte dello staff è stata veramente positiva
Buona anche la colazione
Possibilità di ritardare il check out con un piccolo supplemento
C'è possibilità di parcheggiare anche fuori dall'hotel sulle strisce bianche e questo secondo noi è un ottimo elemento per chi viene in macchina a Torino

Soggiorno sicuro e molto piacevole a Torino
Pros:

Questo albergo mi ha davvero sorpresa in positivo. È una struttura semplice e funzionale, senza pretese di lusso, ma proprio per questo ha superato le mie aspettative. La camera doppia era comoda e pulita ogni giorno, con servizi essenziali ma sufficienti per un soggiorno piacevole. Mi sono sentita molto sicura durante tutto il mio soggiorno. Non si trova in centro, ma con l'autobus si raggiunge la zona centrale in circa 30 minuti. Nelle vicinanze ci sono supermercati e ristoranti, quindi non manca nulla per le necessità quotidiane. La colazione è buona ed è disponibile dalle 7 alle 10 del mattino. Il personale è molto simpatico e sempre disponibile ad aiutare. Consiglio vivamente questo albergo a chi cerca un buon rapporto qualità-prezzo, un servizio cordiale e non ha bisogno di lusso.

Monte topes con la persona equivocada
Cons:

Tenía reservada a mi nombre dos habitaciones, una individual y otra de dos noche para dos personas, todas a mi nombre. Envié mensaje a través de Booking si podían devolverme dinero de la individual por una noche porque había tenido un accidente. Me dijeron que no y ahí quedó la cosa.
Por la noche me dijeron que habían anulado la de dos noches y que si quería dormir la segunda noche debía pagarla.
Estuve en Turin una tarde (dedicado en el centro a resolver la cuestión) y el día siguiente, me parece incomprensible.
Sólo al día siguiente y tras pedir hoja reclamación y que viniese la policía dió la responsable su brazo a torcer. Cuando alguien se equivoca no puede intentar que lo pague el cliente

Pros:

Staff was responsive as I booked last minute. Communication was very good, I had all the information I needed

Cons:

The bathroom floor wasn't really clean. Nothing too annoying, but definitely something I noticed.

Also the room definitely lacks sound insulation. I had the pleasure of hearing what was happening in the neighbouring room at 2 am...
