We had to leave before breakfast. The location was certainly misleading! Wouldn’t stay there again. More comments later.
The ad said Hampton Inn airport. That would be true if you consider a 15 minute ride at the airport! The rooms were overpriced (350 per room per night) but I thought they charged a premium for location. That wasn’t true but they did provide a shuttle .
The check in procedure was a gong show! I had booked three rooms for our family and listed them as occupants. They wanted to register each of them separately and then pay. I told them that I was paying and used my credit card - declined because the name on the room was different from the card! I pointed out that we had travelled all over Europe and this was the first time I had an issue. They tried to explain that the problem was that I had booked through a ‘third party’ (booking.com?). I again told them that I use booking.com everywhere without issues. By that time I was irate. By the way I knew my credit card had a positive balance in anticipation of these travel costs. Finally they managed to make my reservation work. People and my family were standing behind me wondering what was going on and certainly thinking, oh , oh his credit card doesn’t work. Bloody embarrassing.
The pool was so warm and the bed was very comfy.
There was a light shining below my window, on the first floor, so the top of the window above the curtains was lit up. I need pitch black to sleep so when I woke up in the middle of the night it was difficult to get back to sleep.

Cleaning staff used scented products - maybe on carpet - adverse reaction to that perfume as I’m sensitive - affects breathing

The beds are very uncomfortable. Neither of us slept well.
The staff were very friendly and made the check-in/check-out process seamless. The hotel was super clean, bright and the rooms were comfortable and large. The location was perfect, it was close to the highway, close to my medical appointment and great for shopping. The hotel has become the only place I will stay when traveling to St. John's. I highly recommend this beautiful hotel.
Our room was so nice and big. Very clean and fully supplied in the bathroom. Staff was so polite and helpful. Definitely will return again. Oh and there’s a huge pool here.
The rooms are modern and spacious! The staff is amazing and the included breakfast is a bonus and has so many options! The pool is wonderful and heated!
