Need to pay attention to the cleanliness of the room

Location , close to shopping

Cons:

The original room we were booked in found bugs , hair and urine stains on the bedding . We requested a room change and though it was granted the thought of what we seen on the first room didn’t sit well with us at all . We were compensated with a 15% off our stay but had we had another option on the city we would have requested a refund and went somewhere else

Amazing, 10/10! Will definitely be back again!

It was beautiful. Great area, very clean, heated pool for the kids, breakfast was very good, and the staff were very friendly and helpful!

Great stay quiet area. Way over charged. Will be following up asap

Cons:

Price was high, by using a credit card this time instead of debit card, I was overcharged for my pets big time. Way over the estimate and last stay. Which the staff said they couldn’t find my last invoice to compare.

Friendly staff in a clean hotel with comfortable beds close to the airport
Pros:

As we had a very early flight out the next morning, we were able to request a brown bag breakfast to take with us. The shuttle leaves every half hour so that was very convenient and it only took minutes to reach the airport. The beds were comfortable and the room equipped with everything we needed for an overnight stay. There was a Boston Pizza in the corner of the parking lot that was convenient for lunch and dinner.

Cons:

The control panel for the air conditioner/heater went out but they quickly sent a maintenance man to fix the problem.

The price is outrageous. Why nearly double the price during tourism season? And refused to provide us with basic services such as bottled water.
