The big size room

Cons:

The breakfast portion is extremely small, and guests are not allowed to take a second serving. The staff behavior was also rude and unhelpful during the stay.

At around 1:30 PM, after already taking full payment, the hotel denied check-in stating that the room was not vacant. Eventually, they provided the room only at 3:00 PM, causing unnecessary inconvenience.

Another disappointing issue was that complimentary water bottles were provided only once during check-in and were not replenished daily.

Overall, the service standards and hospitality were poor and did not meet expectations.

Excellent value for money.
Pros:

Great value for money hotel. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Excellent choice of breakfast with complimentary hot and cold beverages. The room was well equipped with basic facilities and clean.
