A visit of the good old days
Pros:

The owner is very nice, she made us coffee upon arrival and gave us fruits and sweets and historical information about Erice. The hotel has beautiful views of Mount Cofano and the ocean from the upper floors. Breakfast is served until the time you want to take it. The hotel fits into Erice, since it is also a bit like a museum of yesteryear. Thumbs up for Hotel Edelweiss

Cons:

It can be foggy and windy and cold up in Erice, but that gives it a special flair for the region

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
Pros:

Very good location, nice room with a balcony overlooking the rooftops of Erice. A hearty breakfast. The owner helped us with a transport from / to the nearby (free) parking lot! Delicious food at a good price in the restaurant run by the same owner...

Cons:

Nothing, everything was perfect :)

Vita dei tempi antichi.
Pros:

Sicuramente la struttura per essere capita e piaciuta nel suo massimo splendore, bisogna entrare nel mood giusto e predisposti a vivere in un luogo unico e particolare come è Erice.
Sia l'albergo che il bar ristorante sono di proprietà dell'intera famiglia che gestisce la struttura in modo molto semplice, ma molto genuino e famigliare facendoti sentire come a casa propria e con massima cordialità.
L'intera struttura è di stile antico .
Ci hanno dato una camera molto grande e con una vista mare bellissima.
Colazione semplice ma buona e preparata proprio come una volta e in modo molto casalingo.
Al ristorante ci hanno fatto sentire non come ospiti ma come amici di famiglia.
Il ristorante e l'hotel si trovano nelle 2 piazze più belle di Erice a distanza di un centinaio di metri.
Assolutamente da consigliare.

Eccellente posizione, ma struttura decisamente da rivedere

Posizione eccellente. Staff gentilissimo e accogliente

Cons:

Se la struttura fosse ristrutturata o comunque mantenuta in maniera da prevenire per gli ospiti anche spiacevoli sorprese ( la muffa in camera da letto e il cattivo odore dovunque all' interno del bb), sarebbe veramente perfetta per il soggiorno a Erice. Lo staff si è comunque reso subito disponibile a farci cambiare camera, dove era presente comunque la muffa, ma accettabile per una notte
Andrebbe anche migliorata la pulizia
Sicuramente però la gentilezza e l'educazione dello staff è un punto forte
