El hotel es hermoso, amplio, muy limpio, muy bien ubicado y la atención es muy buena. El desayuno es muy rico, aunque deberían incluir opciones de café con leche que actualmente cobran aparte.
El baño de la habitación es muy pequeño e incómodo, se inunda cada vez que se toma un baño y las cortinas de la ducha en lo personal me parecen un poco antihigiénicas. El baño no condice con el precio de este hotel. La habitación si bien es amplia, es oscura y con mala ventilación. Cuenta con aire acondicionado pero deberían considerar incluir ventiladores de techo para mejorar la circulación de aire. El desayuno incluye opciones de infusión como té o café negro, pero si se desea pedir alguna otra variante como café con leche o fly white o cappuccino esta debe comprarse aparte lo que me parece una política desacertada.

Bathroom was old and a bit small in size
Beautiful building with lovely terrace, plenty of space to relax. Spacious and comfortable room and great location close to historic centre. 24 hour reception and we were allowed to leave our bags on first and last day. AMAZING breakfast and all the staff in the restaurant were so helpful when we needed to leave early for a tour. Also very nice coffee shop attached.
Bathroom could be updated and it might be nice if breakfast started a little earlier

The building and especially the interior courtyard is beautiful and the breakfast - both food and service - was wonderful. The front desk staff helped me in organizing both my laundry service and a taxi to a nearby village. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the hotel was conveniently located.
It was unusual in my experience both working in and staying in mid-range hotels in Mexico that there was a limit to the amount of drinking water provided to guests (one small bottle per day). Unless I'm sleeping in a hammock on the beach, amenities such as drinking water and toilet paper are best included in the room price.
I requested a check out time 45 minutes past the official check-out time that was denied. While neither of these complaints is major, these types of details can make a guest feel accommodated -- and for a hotel at this price level, these types of accommodations should be included.
