Good value and great location.
Pros:

Great location to everything. Bars, food, money change. We got an amazing exchange rate for our dollar. The staff were very friendly and accommodate my extra guest, with no issues.

Cons:

It's an old hotel but everything was clean and worked.

周辺の治安は不安だがホテル自体には大満足
Pros:

スタッフの方がとても愛想良く、嬉しかった。
部屋はとても広く、清潔で、居心地が良かった。WiFi環境も快適。
ロビンソンズ・プレイスのすぐ近くなので、買い物に便利。
24時間、フロントが開いており、ガードマンも常駐しているので安心。
ホテル内のレストランでは、さまざまなフィリピン料理が食べられる。

Cons:

初めてのマニラなので、ほかの地域との比較はできないが、ホテルの周りの治安が悪いように感じた。
路上生活者が多くいたり、怪しげな女性に付きまとわれたり。
エアコンを「冷房」にすると音がうるさすぎ、眠れないので、「送風」でがまんした。
