Me gustó que está muy bien para desconectar por su ubicación y la zona de la piscina es increíble
En primer lugar el camino que conecta la carretera con el hotel está fatal!! Después al personal le faltaba comunicación y un poco más entregado (alguno de ellos no todos). Pero lo más importante son las habitaciones. Para mi gusto les falta una reforma ya que se ven cascadas… obviamente es el rollo tropical y de alli pero no dormimos en dos noches por el sonido de los animales y teníamos un murciélago viviendo allí dentro y me desperté con una iguana en la pared asomando la cabeza. Si te gusta este rollo okay, pero yo pass mucho miedo dos noches y ni dormí
The location is incredible. It’s perfect for pure relaxation. The staff are always superb and the facilities have been well maintained over the years.
The AC units and fan in the bungalows can’t keep up with the average summer heat. The bathroom gets sweltering. The single menu for lunch and dinner is repetitive after 1 day and is the reason I wouldn’t stay beyond 3 nights here. Food quality is on average good.
La localizacion, la decoracion, la comida, el personal, en especial el equipo de mujeres.
Falta cierto mantenimiento, las amacas tienen rajas en la madera rotas, hay telarañas, revisar los bichos, las luces de la piscina estaban rotas y vinieron a arreglarlas y no supimos nada mas, pero no las arreglaron.
La atencion del personal fue excelente. Las bebidas, la comida, la alberca y la playa que estuviera completamente sola sin tanto movimiento. Apreciamos mucho la tranquilidad que se respira en el lugar.
El unico inconveniente que pondria es que en mi habitacion el cielo del bungalo no estaba cubierto con nada y parecia que no fumigaron las palmas porque durante toda la noche cayeron demasiados insectos sobre nosotros, lo cual no me permitio dormir ni a mi, ni a mi pareja de manera comoda. Entre hormigas, palomillas y gusanitos estuvieron cayendo toda la noche. En la primer noche lo reporte y me cambiaron sabanas y me dijeron que pondrian un telar que cubriria la cama pero no fue el caso y en la segunda noche fue lo mismo.
Es bellísimo y el personal brinda una excelente atención.
Podrían darle mejor mantenimiento a las cabañas, todas las puertas y ventanas de madera ya no cierran bien, además pudieran mejorar el techo para evitar la entrada de animalitos, en mi caso, entró un murciélago dos noches.

servicio en playa NO EXISTE pones una bandera que la ven una hora despues, las bebidas llegan calientes, hay 3 techitos en la playa con camastros de madera imposibles de mover con unas obleas de "cojines", incomodisimo
Un alacran en el cuarto!, la caja de seguridad no abria tenian que ir a reprogramarla, la TV sirvio 2 noches despues, el aire acondicionado insuficiente, NO HAY LUZ en la habitacion, solo luz "calida" tienes que estar con la luz de tu celular para ver algo.....

Very quiet and relaxing place on a semi private beach, hearing only the waves when going to bed. Food is delicious and the staff is super friendly

The location of the hotel is amazing. One of the best ones ever. Cooked dishes were amazing and the staff is very friendly (except for the people at the front desk).
They should advertise that the rooms are open, the photos and description are misleading and do not show this. Rooms are not sealed within windows and roof, and you will unavoidably have a serious insect and lizard situation within the room. The first night we found lizard poop falling from the roof directly on our bed, since it had many of them living there, they offered a mosquito net, which helped navigate the situation (tiny spiders, ants, etc climbing on the bed), however, it was not a comfortable sleeping situation and it affected our rest significantly. Had we been aware of this, we probably would have stayed elsewhere, cleaning was just okay, when they installed the net, sand was left all over the night stands and bed frame, which no one cleaned until our last night there.
While we are aware that the location would involve insects to an extent (you are after all in a natural environment), we have done many eco lodgings that with the proper sealment of rooms diminishes the issue. We were told to close the blinds and leave the AC on, which frankly we did not see how this was helping the environment, and either way, the room never stayed cool because the windows, door and roof are not sealed, it was a contradicting situation.
While the rooms are pretty and modern enough, we were just not comfortable inside of it. it is sad to see this amazing location with so much potential be overshadowed by the lack of comfort in mind, considering also you are paying a lot of money for it.
