駅に近いし良い環境かなと。朝食は1000円でしたが、サービスでも良いのではないでしょうか
Pros:

大きなお風呂があって良かった。部屋のお風呂やシャワーは狭いので使いにくい。利用しませんでした。

Cons:

外部の音が結構聞こえた。夜、電話がかかって来たので、話が隣に聞こえてうるさい思いをさせたかな、と心配しました。

立地条件は良かったです。

Cons:

エレベーターのスイッチが壊れたまま。
新札が対応できないのがあった。
1階の大浴場は後から作ったからか隣が客室なので、お静かにはびっくりした。

Pros:

駐車場に入ってすぐにスタッフの方が出てきて案内をしてくださり、スタッフの方の対応はとても良かったです。
大浴場の入浴時間や鍵の配慮があったのは良かったです。

Cons:

空気清浄機からなのか部屋の染みついた匂いなのか…獣臭がしました。
何か対応をお願いしたいです。
部屋に消臭剤がありましたが効きませんでした。

スタッフの対応はとてもよかったです。朝食も美味しかったです。

Cons:

川口駅から少し歩きましたね。疲れていたので、ちょっと距離を感じてしまいました。
また、ダブルルームでしたが、思ったよりベッドが小さかった…。娘との宿泊だったので大丈夫でしたけど。
