Pros:

La literie et l'oreiller. L'emplacement de l'hôtel proche de tout le centre historique.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner. Un croissant en sachet individuel industriel pour un 3 étoiles ? Pas de grille pain. Ûne salle restreinte juste à l'arrière de la réception de l'hôtel avec le personnel nous fixant et écoutant nos conversations. Ca ne donne pas envie de petit déjeuner.
Les chambres du 1er sont mal isolées. On entend la vie nocturne jusqu'à 3h du matin.

Non mi è piaciuto il fatto di pagare 15€ in più per la mia cagnolina . Solo per un giorno . Mi sembra un po' eccessivo . Poi i cuscini erano delle sottilette . I letti erano due letti separati uniti per farlo diventare matrimoniale . L'unica nota positiva è che il personale è stato molto gentile

Muy céntrico. Ideal para salir a pasear por Matera

Cons:

Hay que aparcar en la calle, y no es fácil. Cuando hicimos el check-out nos dijeron que todo OK. Al cabo de unas horas nos llamaron para decir que la tarjeta que habíamos usado para la confirmación en Booking no funcionaba (?) y que pagáramos mediante transferencia

Pros:

Bella camera, buona illuminazione wifi, TV, frigo, condizionatore, letto francese comodo, bagno essenziale ma confortevole. Spazio più che sufficiente. Non si sentono rumori provenienti dalla strada. Gestore gentile disponibile e premuroso.

Cons:

Ho sentito la mancanza di un ascensore perché avevo il bagaglio pesante e ci sono molti gradini. Sul pianerottolo si sente un curioso rumore di acqua che scorre come se ci fosse una fontana.
Anche in questa struttura la mattina le signore delle pulizie parlano ad alta voce totalmente incuranti di chi sta riposando. Una signora per distrazione è addirittura entrata in camera mentre stavo dormendo.
Infine ho avuto parecchi problemi con il parcheggio.

In quanto cicloturista, la possibilità di lasciare la bici parcheggiata al sicuro è un punto in più! Staff molto disponibile. Colazione ok. A due passi dal centro.
