C'est un hôtel très agréable ; le personnel vous réserve un accueil chaleureux dès votre arrivée. Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres, et l'espace piscine offre un havre de paix doté d'un excellent bar immergé. Le restaurant propose une cuisine délicieuse et l'établissement bénéficie d'un emplacement calme, tout en étant à une courte distance en tuk-tuk de Pub Street. Cons:

TV problems, had been told 4 times it would be sorted only when ask to speak to manager it got sorted, no bottled water, only tap !!!! no lift on 3rd floor !! Lots of noisy constructions going on on roof and near by, moved to another location 🤔

The service was outstanding and excellent. All of the staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming. The most amazing part was that the hotel kindly allowed my friend and me to check in early, even before 1:00 noon.

Pros:

The restaurant staff were outstanding and always made every meal enjoyable. The rest of the team were friendly, courteous, and happy to help. My room was spacious and kept very clean each day. The WiFi was occasionally slow, but it didn't affect my overall experience.
