Idéal
Pros:

Merci, accueil excellent. Personnel très sympathique. Piscine rafraichissante après les journées de visites. Idéal pour louer des bicyclettes et des scooters au départ de l'hôtel. Fortement recommandable.

Pros:

Our room had a lovely pool view, was clean, and the air conditioning kept it cool all day. Complimentary coffee, tea, bottled water, slippers, bathrobes, and toiletries were provided. The lobby staff welcomed us warmly, and the poolside bar served refreshing fruit juices before dinner.

A great stay for the price. Enjoyed the facilities and unique vibe.
Pros:

I liked the aesthetic and it was very cool. We enjoyed the pool and the loungers. The pool bar had great service and prices!

Superb Pool
Pros:

Loved the pool and swim up bar. Both staff in this bar were amazing.
Staff were friendly and tried hard to fix issues, like the TV never working.
Food was good and priced well.

Cons:

I think housekeeping need to do a bit better, they left dirty plates from our meals in the room.
no hot water in showers which would of be nice for those early morning wake ups.
their is construction at present so a little noisy they ahould update this with booking.

Easy Trip Around Siem Reap
Pros:

The reception staff helped us book a tuk-tuk to Angkor Wat early in the morning, and everything was well arranged. After returning, our room was already cleaned and prepared by housekeeping. The room had a relaxing pool view, strong air conditioning, and complimentary coffee, tea, and bottled water.

Wonderful Hospitality!
Pros:

The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming from the moment we arrived. The room was tidy, breakfast was excellent, and the swimming pool was a lovely place to relax. The free pick-up from the Bus Station in Siem Reap City was greatly appreciated.

Pros:

Beautiful hotel, exactly as described. Staff are so wonderful, helping with anything you need. Food at the restaurant was reasonable price and delicious. Rooms are huge and equipped with everything you need. Walkable into the city (30 mins) or a tuktuk is only a couple of dollars. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend to anyone visiting Siem Reap.

Cons:

There is building work going on at the moment so it can be loud at points but it makes sense to do this during the lower tourism season.

If you’re looking for a decent, relaxing, clean place to stay - try somewhere else

The incredible staff (everyone, including tuk tuk driver was lovely) and having the pool

Cons:

The location and state of rooms does not reflect the price. The things that are listed on Booking.com are “not working”, we got moved rooms because of aircon not working and we noticed tv was not working- moved to another room because of air con and tv still not working. They also had renovations happening on top floor which we were advised after checking in, they started at 8am everyday and incredibly loud. Room was pretty gross too, dark brown stains on light shades..

Perfect hotel
Pros:

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in Residence. Het personeel was gastvrij, hartelijk en vriendelijk; we voelden ons tijdens ons hele verblijf echt in de watten gelegd. Het zwembad, omgeven door tropisch groen, bood een oase van rust. Onze kamer was ruim en schoon, met een fijn balkon dat uitkeek op de tuin. De rustige sfeer was precies wat we nodig hadden om te ontspannen. We zouden hier heel graag nog eens terugkomen.

Highly recommend it, staff is extremly helpful and kind, hotel is clean and modern.
Pros:

The accomodation was incredible, the staff was very kind and helpful, they helped us plan our trip to Angkor Wat and it was also available to request tuk-tuk rides at the reception, the massage at the hotel was also very relaxing. Overall 10/10 accomodation in Siem Reap, highly recommend it.

Amazing Holiday!
Pros:

The free pick-up from the Bus Station in Siem Reap City made our arrival very easy. The hotel was tidy, the breakfast was delicious, and the swimming pool was perfect after visiting the amazing Angkor Wat Temple. The city center and many shops were only a short tuk-tuk ride away.
