Un établissement correct pour un court séjour, surtout au vu du prix.
Pros:

Bon séjour dans l’ensemble à Siem Reap. La piscine est un vrai plus, très agréable pour se détendre, et le rapport qualité-prix est intéressant.

Cons:

En revanche, quelques points sont à améliorer : le petit-déjeuner est assez basique et peu savoureux, le confort du lit pourrait être meilleur, et l’isolation phonique laisse à désirer — on entend facilement les bruits des autres chambres, même lorsqu’une chaise est déplacée.

Pros:

Ik heb me tijdens mijn hele verblijf in dit hotel erg veilig en comfortabel gevoeld. De rustige sfeer en het vriendelijke personeel zorgden ervoor dat ik gemakkelijk kon ontspannen. Een ideale plek voor iedereen die op zoek is naar een rustige en veilige omgeving.

Pros:

All the staff are very hospitable, and accommodating to all our requests. From the guards, housekeeping, and dining staff, very friendly and patient. Good food.

Bonne adresse mais manque clairement d’entretien.
Pros:

Hôtel très bien situé, à une vingtaine de minutes de marche du centre ville. Il est à côté d’une route très passante mais mis à part pendant le petit déjeuner (qui est pris dans le restaurant donnant vue sur la rue), nous n’entendons pas la circulation.
Le personnel très polis et à l’écoute.
Le bar dans la piscine est un plus, les cocktails sont excellents et ne sont pas très chers.
La nourriture est également très bonne!
Le ménage est fait quotidiennement si besoin.
Cet hôtel a du potentiel mais il manque clairement d’entretien.

Cons:

Nous ne sommes pas compliqués mais des travaux dans les étages avaient lieu pendant notre séjour. Nous n’avons été avertis qu’à notre arrivée… c’est déjà limite mais si il n’y avait que ça… Les horaires indiqués font mention de travaux se déroulants de 9h30 à 17h, il n’en est rien. 3 matins de suite nous sommes réveillés avec les coups de marteau et les murs qui tremblent même par moment et ce dès 7h du matin. Inadmissible. Nous avons averti la réception mais visiblement rien n’a changé…
Le personnel nous propose de nous reloger dans un hôtel partenaire: ils ont, à la vue des commentaires les mêmes problèmes de bruits.

Au delà de cette période de travaux:
-La piscine est sale, du sable s’y trouve au fond et nous sortons verts de l’eau lorsque nous nous appuyons sur les parois de la piscine… un bon coup de nettoyage lui ferai le plus grand bien.
Les planches de la terrasse autour sont très dangereuses, certaines ne sont plus fixées, d’autres laissent apparaître les vis. Une chance qu’aucun enfant ne soit blessé… ?
-Le système du petit déjeuner est particulier: ils proposent pour les PDJ inclus dans le tarif de la chambre un service à la carte et en buffet. Il y’a également des options payantes pour les boissons…Difficile d’en comprendre le sens.
-La climatisation dans la chambre est fonctionnelle mais rend de manière aléatoire un demi litre d’eau… le goutte à goutte sur le carrelage est peu appréciable en pleine nuit.

Cute hotel with friendly and helpful staff that made it a very pleasant and welcoming stay!
Pros:

I like that it was located in a very safe and friendly district. It was near to the city centre (Pub Street) whilst far enough to not to be too disturbed by the pub music. It was nearby to the hospital and nearby pharmacy, so in the case of an accident, getting help would not have been an issue.

Cons:

Minor issue with the ongoing construction, we were given an heads-up upon arrival but would have appreciated if the construction started slightly later in the morning, especially after a day touring angko wat, it would have been nice to sleep in for slightly longer without getting disturbed by the construction noise.

Relaxing hotel with friendly an helpful staff

Tranquil location, large pool that is clean with cabana beds for a relaxing pool day! Friendly and helpful staff that took time to decorate the room for mine and my partners anniversary. We would definitely recommend for couples visiting Siem reap ❤️

Pros:

Le personnel est très accueillant et vous reçoit toujours avec un sourire chaleureux tout au long de votre séjour. Avant toute chose, le personnel a été incroyablement gentil et accueillant tout au long de mon séjour. Chaque jour, j'étais accueilli avec un sourire chaleureux et ils étaient toujours prêts à rendre service. De l'organisation d'excursions aux conseils sur la région, ils ont tout fait pour que je me sente à l'aise. Une équipe vraiment chaleureuse et attentionnée qui a rendu mon séjour d'autant plus agréable.
