Le personnel souriant, le rapport qualité prix, la tranquillité de la chambre, le fait d avoir des bouteilles d eau en verre, le egg bar pour le petit déjeuner ainsi que les fruits frais.
Le matériel qui vieillit, la piscine trouble et sale pendant le séjour (mais transparente le jour du départ).

Our room had a lovely pool view, was clean, and the air conditioning kept it cool all day. Complimentary coffee, tea, bottled water, slippers, bathrobes, and toiletries were provided. The lobby staff welcomed us warmly, and the poolside bar served refreshing fruit juices before dinner.
Loved the pool and swim up bar. Both staff in this bar were amazing.
Staff were friendly and tried hard to fix issues, like the TV never working.
Food was good and priced well.
I think housekeeping need to do a bit better, they left dirty plates from our meals in the room.
no hot water in showers which would of be nice for those early morning wake ups.

The pool needed a cleaning.
The reception staff helped us book a tuk-tuk to Angkor Wat early in the morning, and everything was well arranged. After returning, our room was already cleaned and prepared by housekeeping. The room had a relaxing pool view, strong air conditioning, and complimentary coffee, tea, and bottled water.
Notre chambre était nettoyée méticuleusement chaque jour ; elle est restée impeccable, fraîche et bien entretenue tout au long de notre séjour. Le personnel était très poli et nous a fourni toutes les informations nécessaires concernant le transfert, ce qui a grandement facilité les choses.
The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming from the moment we arrived. The room was tidy, breakfast was excellent, and the swimming pool was a lovely place to relax. The free pick-up from the Bus Station in Siem Reap City was greatly appreciated.
Beautiful hotel, exactly as described. Staff are so wonderful, helping with anything you need. Food at the restaurant was reasonable price and delicious. Rooms are huge and equipped with everything you need. Walkable into the city (30 mins) or a tuktuk is only a couple of dollars. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend to anyone visiting Siem Reap.
There is building work going on at the moment so it can be loud at points but it makes sense to do this during the lower tourism season.
A great hotel close to the city center with many shops nearby. Breakfast was delicious, the swimming pool was refreshing, and the staff were always ready to help.

The location and state of rooms does not reflect the price. The things that are listed on Booking.com are “not working”, we got moved rooms because of aircon not working and we noticed tv was not working- moved to another room because of air con and tv still not working. They also had renovations happening on top floor which we were advised after checking in, they started at 8am everyday and incredibly loud. Room was pretty gross too, dark brown stains on light shades..
