We booked hotel for 2+1. And later was asked to pay extra else won’t be given extra bed for my daughter. That was quite disappointing. We always booking.com to book across hotels in world . Despite telling, they keep insisting us to call booking.com to resolve the issue on the day of check in after long flight .
We have stayed here many a times before but after this , we will never book this hotel . We did similar booking for Mumbai & other places, no other hotels questioned or troubled us . It was not good experience.

Attentive staff and availability of good food.
Breakfast on our last day. stopped at the Holiday Inn for five nights over a period of five weeks in April/May. All previous breakfasts were very good but on the last day the poached egg was inedible.
Clean. Some of the staff were good.
I had booked a room with one single bed, and it was confirmed in the voucher also. However, I was told by the duty manager that it was booked standard room and that I was entitled to twin bed room only. However, during the checkout, when they asked for feedback, I told them about this issue, and now the staff on duty apologised.

Nothing. I would never step in this property again. 2 bad experiences in 1 month. I can’t give them another chance.
Badly managed. Very poor GM who is never seen or meet any guest who have problems. Smelly rooms, smelly curtains , non responsive staff. Guest smoke inside the room and the room always smells bad. Paint job just outside my room making the entire room and corridor smell of paint. Photo attached
