5 star dinning experience. The food at dinner was great,
the pool and the fitness could have been open longer. At 21:00 both were closed.

The staff was really good and extremely helpful.
The property is dated, no AC in the hallways outside of the rooms.. rooms are cramped and not maintained properly.. didn’t get any feel of a 4/5 star hotel…
The location is perfect for easy transit to the International Airport. The overall ambience of the hotel is very relaxing. The staff were extremely courteous and in particular, Nisha in the Buffet section who was very prompt and attentive to our requirements.
The mini fridge in one of the rooms wasn't as effective in cooling , but this isn't a deal breaker. There was a slight issue in the electricity in one of the rooms when the fuse tripped, but this was attended to extremely fast by the Maintenance team.

The constant addition of stealth costs such as taxes, staff contribution it was a very expensive experience it would have been cheaper to not stay at aero city and get a good hotel in Delhi centre and spend an hour getting there and back I would not recommend this hotel

Staff were not inclined to serve.
The staff was professional. They were all good. We had interactions with Jyoti and she was excellent in providing us a very good service.
