Good place for short trip to Berlin.
Pros:

Very good location in the center of Berlin. Clean room, friendly staff. Fair price.

Cons:

The procedure to receive check-in details when arriving after 5 pm was a bit imposing. Too many contacts.

The location was excellent. Could walk to most places easily and the station was also very close

We were a family of four and the beds for the kids were extremely uncomfortable as they were make shift folding beds.

Great place
Pros:

Hotel Nikolai Residence is a great place to relax and an ideal base for visiting Berlin. The location is excellent, and the room was large with a cozy, welcoming interior. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city.

Ideal location for first Berlin visit
Pros:

One of the best locations you can be for your first Berlin visit. Quite place with historic feeling, located next to Museum Island with direct connection to all types of transport. Really good value for money compared to other accomodations. Quite stiff matresses if important.

A/C would be nice.

Siamo arrivati che la reception era già chiusa ma è stato comunque molto semplice fare il checkin
Posizione centrale comodissima e tranquilla con diversi locali nelle vicinanze

Peccato che un giorno prima sia arrivato un messaggio WhatsApp fasullo con tutti i dati della nostra prenotazione(un vero e proprio phishing) che chiedeva la conferma della prenotazione. Ci vorrebbe più attenzione per i dati dei clienti
