nicht kundenfreundlich. Keine kurzfristige Stornomöglichkeit wie bei vielen anderen Hotels in Berlin. Umbuchung nur zu erhöhten Preisen möglich. Keinerlei Kulanz, so kommen wir natürlich nie wieder und können es auch nicht empfehlen. Es gibt viele nette Alternativen in Berlin.

Nice appartamet, typical German, cosy surroundings with nice restaurants and pubs.

Localization is very special: cosy traditional German surroundings; Car parking.

Cons:

Information about deposit is not visible enough. I was surprised when 200€ was blocked on my card, especially when I booked hotel room; which occurred it was an apartament run by private individual.

Oli upeaa, että pääsimme sisään jo aamupäivällä. Huone oli siisti ja kahvi- ja teetarvikketkin löytyivät, samoin jääkaappi.

La ubicación era buena

Cons:

Las almohadas no me parecen de un lugar de alojamiento, no digo que tengan que ser perfectas porque eso es relativo pero parecían esas que tienen mucho uso y no tenían forma ni nada. La cama el primer día tenía como pelotitas (como esas de cuando se rompe una almohada llena de pepitas), en tres días que estuvimos no se hizo limpieza de habitación, tenías que ir a recepción a pedirlo, o a través de la página de airbio o algo así. Y la hice y de respuesta fue ir a recepción, gracias yo no estaba en la habitación estaba paseando. No se cambió la bolsa de basura, no se limpió el baño ni la habitación. Por último, no tenía aire acondicionado si tenía ventilador pero estos días hizo calor y en la noche se sentía el calor. No quiero imaginar cómo será en pleno verano.
