Pros:

Personnel agréable, possibilité de laisser les bagages ainsi que faire des machines à laver.
Accès à la piscine et un billard
Nous avons bien dormis, chaque jour nous avons eu le droit à une petite bouteille d’eau par personne

Cons:

Pas de gel douche à disposition et on nous a pas changé les poubelles même si le ménage avait été demandé et effectuer

Prijs-kwaliteitsverhouding is perfect!
Pros:

Goed zwembad en genoeg ruimte om buiten te zitten. De locatie zit dicht bij het historische centrum van Chiang Mai.

Unfortunately the check in on arrival was quite unpleasant, sticking strickly to the 14:00 to start check in, meaning that i got my room at about 14:45

Worth it for the price!
Pros:

Great location, good value. It was a little older and run-down feeling but the staff is regularly cleaning and the place is clean. The beds are firm but ok. There's a mini fridge in the room and they gave water bottles every couple days.

Cons:

When I arrived I was not impressed, the vibe is a little dingy and the pool looks more green than blue. And my room was small and dark in a poorly lit hallways and took forever to cool off with the AC. But once I cooled down, I calmed down. The facilities were basic but met all necessities.
