Very bad staff service
Cons:

The hotel booked me a transfer which was supposed to be private, and mid way the driver picked other tourists! and when I complained, insted of dealing with the issue, they said go to the police!!!!

Pros:

Struttura situata in una posizione comoda per raggiungere in pochissimi minuti le zone più interessanti della città di Zante. Tutti i ristoranti sono nelle immediate vicinanze, il porto è a pochissimi minuti, lo stazionamento degli autobus è raggiungibile a piedi in dieci minuti. La maggior parte delle camere sono fronte mare, arredate discretamente e dotate di comodo e panoramico terrazzino che affaccia sulla grande piazza. La colazione, varia e a buffet, viene servita nella adiacente caffetteria. Il personale alla reception è cordiale ed attento.

Nicht zu empfehlen! Unfreundliches Personal!

Nur die Location und das Frühstück!!!

Personal sehr unfreundlich sagt nichtmal Guten Morgen oder sonst was hatten Probleme mit dem Zimmer mit der Klimaanlage und wurden dann so hingestellt das wir keine Ahnung haben, aber wie wir mitbekommen haben stellt das Personal die Klimaanlage so ein das es nicht unter 23 grad runter geht. Matratzen sind sehr alt und man sieht vertiefungen interessiert da keinen. Zimmer wurden nicht richtig gesäubert, frische Handtücher mit Haaren, Bad sind Amaturen verrostet und das Wasser ist salzig und riecht muffig. Vom Badezimmer tritt das Wasser aus hinter der Wand und der Flurbereich ist nass deswegen, interessiert auch keinen. Am Balkon wird alles nass von der Klimaanlage sobald man da tritt und ins Zimmer geht wird das Zimmer dreckig. Da Balkon nicht gewischt wird. Parkplätze hat das Hotel nur 5 mit Glück kriegt man vllt eins. Schlecht gedämmte Zimmer man hört föhn und Dusche von den Nachbar Zimmern und allgemein schlecht gedämmte Balkonfenster man hört alles auf den Straßen. Die Fotos entsprechen nicht dem Zustand dieses Hotels.

Tökéletes elhelyezkedés,központi hely. A helyi buszok szinte a szálloda előtt indulnak, bőséges reggeli. Kisbolt ahol minden beszerezhető közvetlenül a szállás mellett.

Mancano i cassetti in camera secondo il mio parere essenziali per mantenere ordine. Solo poche mensole e un armadio per appendere gli abiti. Va bene per soggiorni brevi ma per una vacanza di 10 gg per 4 persone come noi e' stato veramente scomodo.
