Localização é recepcionista atenciosa conseguiu providenciar a troca do frigobar e do chuveiro que não funcionavam bem.

Manutenção do quarto ruim o frigobar e chuveiro não funcionavam direito e foram trocados.
Quarto reformado mas já está velho e sem manutenção
Água do chuveiro e torneira é salgada
Barulho de água sempre que os quartos vizinhos ligam as torneiras chuveiro e ou descarga
Esse hotel não tem condições de ter um avaliação 8 e no máximo 6. Confesso que senti enganada.

Pros:

L'albergo é molto bello. Le foto rispecchiano le stanze reali. La camera era molto pulita e le persone addette alla pulizia cambiavano gli asciugamani ogni giorno. Lo staff é stato davvero gentile, infatti, nonostante fossimo arrivati prima dell'orario previsto per il check-in ci hanno fatto lasciare i bagagli in struttura. La colazione é buona e varia. Il letto é comodo. Il lavandino del bagno é leggermente piccolo ma la doccia é abbastanza ampia. Avevamo avuto un problema con il phono per i capelli ma lo staff si é subito attivato per sostituircelo. L'albergo si trova proprio al centro di Zakintos e si puo raggiungere tutto a piedi. La fermata dell'autobus é a 3 minuti a piedi dall'albergo.

Cons:

Non ho messo una valutazione di 10 perché non c'era uno stendino fuori al balcone per poter stendere gli asciugamani e i costumi bagnati (anche se c'erano delle poltroncine) e poi per raggiungere il mare bisogna prendere un pullman o un taxi, a meno che non si é muniti di auto. Ad ogni modo in 15 minuti di pullman si arriva alla spiaggia piú vicina che è molto carina e attrezzata!

Pros:

Η τοποθεσία είναι άριστη ακριβώς στο κέντρο χωρίς να χρειάζεσαι μέσο μεταφοράς για την πόλη. Το προσωπικό διαθέσιμο σε κάθε απορία ή επιθυμία μας.

Cons:

Το ξενοδοχείο είναι ωραίο αλλά μάλλον outdated ( δείχνει πολύ πιο ωραίο απ έξω ή στις φωτό απ ότι είναι στην πραγματικότητα). Χρειάζεται ένα φρεσκάρισμα. Αρκετά ακριβό σε σχέση με την περίοδο και το προσφερόμενο δωμάτιο.

Fique muito bem localizado em Zakynthos
Pros:

A localização é maravilhosa! Na praça central de Zante Town. Que aliás, é o melhor bairro para ficar em sua primeira vinda a Zakynthos. Os demais bairros são ou afastados demais de tudo ou lotado de festas de jovens >18anos. O café da manhã é um ponto alto! Bastante variedade. Assim como o recepcionista/concierge que lhe ajuda muito com reserva de taxi, passeio ou aluguel de carro.

Cons:

São apenas detalhes. O hotel entrega o que ele promete. É um hotel nota 8,7 a 8,8! O quarto era pequeno. Para casal, não dá para abrir 2 malas. Quando se pede cama de casal, são duas camas de solteiro coladas uma na outra com um vão entre elas. O travesseiro era fino também.
