Please inform the hotel in advance in case of bringing children to the property. According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. Lo que más nos gustó junto a mi pareja, fue la ubicación, y el servicio. El desayuno muy completo.

Cons:

Las habitaciones que están un piso más abajo del casino, no puedes descansar, ya que 6 am aproximadamente comienza a existir ruido, y desde las 7 am sillas moverse constantemente por el uso del casino. Muy desagradable, e imposible descansar. Esto último es una lástima porque estábamos de vacaciones. Si lo agregaran en la descripción antes de pagar, hubiésemos optado por otro piso.

Próximo à tudo que precisamos, restaurantes, lojas, shopping, atendimento bom, café bom.

Cons:

A entrada poderia ser escovada ou lava jato, uma melhor limpeza que se perceba, tem um baita potencial, e o colchão péssimo afunda quando se deita. Melhores uniformes para recepcionistas mais alinhados, postura. O hotel precisa de uma repaginada se fosse gerente modernizava.

Acomodação muito confortável, quartos bem limpos.

O que sentimos falta, foi de uma lixeirinha de lixo no quarto, pois tinha apenas a do banheiro. Tomadas próximas as camas. E fez muuuuuita falta TV’s Smart, para possibilitar o hóspede de acessar seus aplicativos de filmes, NETFLIX, PRIME, GLOBOPLAY e etc pela TV. De resto, estava tudo maravilhoso.
