Please inform the hotel in advance in case of bringing children to the property. According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs. All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.

For reservations above 10 apartments, 50% of total accommodations will be charged at any time after booking. Free cancellation up to 90 days before check in. If cancellation is less than 90 days of check in, a 50% penalty will be charged for the full amount of the reservation.

Uma experiência muito boa
Pros:

O pessoal da recepção foram super atenciosos, o quarto é bem confortável e estava bem limpinho, o café da manhã estava impecável e os funcionários do restaurante foram muito atenciosos nota 1000 pra eles. Achei muito legal a parte de recreação.

O hotel é excelente. Bem próximo do Centro de Balneário, com café da manhã delicioso, confortável, funcionários muito prestativos, limpeza impecável.

Cons:

Achei apenas o travesseiro um pouco desconfortável, pois era bem alto.

Somente achei uma falta de consideração o hotel não me devolver uma diária do hotel sendo que tivemos uma fatalidade e precisamos retornar um dia antes,a empresa que não entende o hóspede que passa pelo que houve com nós e nos deixar no prejuízo isso faz com que eu não volte mais nesse local e também nao irei indicar
