Pros:

أنصح فيه للناس اللي يحبون الأماكن الحيويه وماعندهم مشكله مع الزحمه حول الفندق
Pros:

موقع الفندق حيوي وكل الخدمات قريبه مشي،ونظافة الغرف وعدم وجود حشرات رغم ان الفندق في وسط الطبيعه،الموظفين خدومين جداً ومتجاوبين.

Cons:

خيارات الإفطار قليله وغير متنوعه.

Absolutely amazing location, staff and facilities. Rooms are a bit small for two people.
Pros:

Location is amazing. Staff were amazing. Facilities were great. Everything was very clean.
Love that’s it’s in the heart of a busy area but still feels tranquil when you walk in because it’s tucked away.
Massive shout out to the staff, they were so friendly and we have a toddler who they adored and played with
The kids club room and mini farm is great for a toddler

Cons:

The rooms are quite small and could be set out a little better, eg:
- for a double room there’s only one spot to put a suitcase
- because of the shower layout there’s no way to turn on the shower or change the temperature without getting wet. So if you accidentally turn it on too hot the only way to turn it down is to burn yourself.
- if you eat in the room there’s nowhere to put the rubbish/ dirty dishes as the bins are tiny and open (no lids)

Absolutely love this place!
Pros:

Amazing stay!!! Probably one of the top 3 hotels we ever stayed in. Directly in the center of ubud, but at the same time you feel in the middle of the jungle and rice fields. The staff are absolutely fantastic.

Een verrassend mooie plek midden in het drukke Ubud om te genieten van de stilte en vriendelijkheid.
Pros:

De serene rust die het hotel uitstraalde midden in het drukke Ubud. Twee heerlijke zwembaden. Maar vooral de ontzettende vriendelijke zorgzame medewerkers! Met name Metri van het Vieuw restaurant.

Cons:

De badkamer was een beetje gedateerd. Maar dat was ook echt het enige minpuntje

Pros:

The hospitality at this hotel was honestly next-level, and the stay was exactly what we had hoped for. What really stood out was how the staff handled everything via WhatsApp; they were so proactive in explaining minor details and asking for our understanding beforehand, which made us feel very well taken care of. Plus, the hotel's location right in the heart of Ubud was a huge plus. it was so easy to walk everywhere. Everything was just perfect!

Amazing resort - highly recommend
Pros:

This hotel is absolutely beautiful! The staff were truly exceptional! The hotel is small so had a beautiful personal and intimate relaxed vibe, set directly in the rice fields and backing into rainforest, yet you step out from the hotel directly into the Ubud streets with every possible convenience needed. It’s an easy 10 min walk to the Monkey Forest. The buffet breakfast was amazing, a huge variety sitting at the top overlooking one of the giant pools and into the rainforest, the barista made coffee at breakfast was also included for free and was 10/10 coffee! The hotel also offers free afternoon daily which has a great variety of options. There are huge Koy fish all throughout the property with food dispensers so the kids can feed them for free at anytime. There was a spa, meditation and yoga (I didn’t get to use these services). I would 100% stay here again. We only stayed for 2 nights however would recommend staying at least 3+ more nights

Cons:

This hotel may not be as suitable for elderly / poor health as it does have some steep hills and steps to the lower pool area. However the upper pool area in the rice fields is much easier to access from the hotel rooms. The kids club is small and more suitable for younger children however my 7 year old still loved it. I paid $18.50 for a bracelet class at Kids club which was not great value for money (few plastic beads on fishing / stretchy line). These however are really not an issue and I’d 100% come back again
