A good value hotel where they evidenced their absolute commitment to client satisfaction

We were using public transport and the hotel is situated conveniently close to the train station. From the outside the hotel is not hugely appealing but once inside, it is light, airy and has various places to sit and enjoy the view. It is full of beautiful antiques and flowers. The bedroom was small but immaculately presented, and the outdoor private terrace extended the space available. The view from the terrace was lovely and the furniture comfortable. For convenience we chose the Half board option, and breakfast was excellent in terms of choice, quantity and quality. Dinner was 3 courses from a limited menu. Although not the highest quality, it was more than sufficient to meet our needs. The outstanding feature of the hotel is the staff. The restaurant, bar, housekeeping, gardener, drivers were all friendly, helpful and welcoming. A particular mention must be made of the reception staff Marco and Ines who went above and beyond to resolve some issues we had with a couple of trips the hotel organised on our behalf. Under the leadership of the Hotel Manager, Claudio, they ensured that the resultant liaison with the excursion agency was undertaken by themselves on our behalf, and responsibility for the issues which had arisen addressed. This resulted in a very positive outcome for ourselves and demonstrated theabsolute commitment of the hotel to their guests satisfaction. We extend our thanks to them. In a popular and expensive part of Italy, we enjoyed the quiet atmosphere of Vico Equense and thought the hotel offered good value.

Cons:

The rooms are small but compensated by the terrace and the immaculate cleanliness and presentation.

Pros:

Abbiamo passato un bellissimo weekend in questa struttura. Siamo stati omaggiati di un upgrade con camere viste mare.La struttura è molto suggestiva, le camere ampie e dotate di tutti confort.Ottima colazione e staff eccezionale.
Ci ritorneremo sicuramente.

Es war ein traumhaft schöner Aufenthalt.

Wir haben auf Nachfrage ein kostenloses Upgrade mit Meerblick und riesigem Balkon erhalten. Es war wunderschön. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Hotel ist mit zuckersüßen Antiquitäten dekoriert.
