Pros:

I love the neighborhood and it was close to where friends we were visiting lived. It felt like a home away from home with clean and comfortable decor.

Cons:

As much as I loved it and would recommend to anyone, rating something a 10 needs to be exceptional in all ways. While this was fantastic, I reserve 10's for extremely rare situations. its close though.

Fantastic accommodation which made London trip more enjoyable
Pros:

Great location. Access to parks yet underground line straight to Centre of London. Had access to rooftop space and garden.

Would book with this company again
Pros:

The location was good if you wanted to be near Oxford Street / Harley Street

Cons:

Changed from a 2 bed in Maida Vale to a one bed (no doors) with 2 very uncomfortable put up beds (informed us they were real beds). Offered compensation for a free night, when it suited them, despite us not living in the UK.
Not their fault for the change (plumbing issue) but alternative and compensation was poor. They did offer a full refund but it was 24 Hours before we were due to travel on London Marathon weekend. All suggestions such as arranging airport transfers (included if property book direct) were declined.
Accommodation was surface clean, put up beds were uncomfortable and not what was expected for the price we paid. Cut my foot on glass in the hallway. Didn't contact them about the issues as I would have spent all weekend doing do. When charging to the new place we were told it had a court yard view which would be challenging, one floor up, through frosted glass (required as very over looked).
Customer service was poor as they did not listen to our needs, or offer a suitable solution and were dishonest in their description.

Pros:

We loved this apartment and the area. It's far away from the touristy stuff, which we preferred. The canal nearby was a gem we discovered. There were restaurants and groceries nearby, and the park behind the building was wonderful. The apartment was fantastic inside--we were upgraded and couldn't be happier. Great staff and overall just a grand experience!
