good for groups wanting to stay together
Pros:

Good location with underground car parking (extra cost), good quality Thai restaurant in building and laundry facilities and friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

windows don't appear to be double glazed. The full length windows make room very cold and let in a lot of noise including the seagull that lived on the balcony and squawked all night both night and the noise of the streets and from the sporting globe. Bed was also very uncomfortable, way too soft. Late checkout was only to 10:30 or at an additional cost.

Pros:

Priscilla who met me at reception on arrival was very welcoming and helpful. Room was clean and tidy enjoyed having a kitchenette. helpful to have secure parking available for hire car.

Cons:

One staff member was not so helpful when I made some enquiries but could have been busy.

Very good value for money. Airport bus stop a plus.
Pros:

Excellent access from airport bus. Kitchen facilities available. Lots of space in room. Parking available. Access to very good breakfast at coffee shop next door.

Cons:

Often there were Very Pungent Curry cooking smells in corridors.

Disappointing

Cons:

No restaurant on site for a normal breakfast service - the place recommended a coffee place a few doors down which served coffees & few pastries - very disappointing. The staff were not particularly friendly & accommodating. Could not open the wardrobe doors fully for hanging close - would only open half way accrosd the opening. The place takes a $200 pending payment which we were unaware at checking in - this was explained to us as for a cover for potential damage which we really didn’t agree with them doing - we had no choice but to accept it as we did not have any other place to go to - we are tidy people & no way we would cause damage. Also at checking in out they told us at reception this pending $200 would be cleared in 48 hours it wasn’t & we had to chase them up to clear it. All in all no way we would stay at this place again.
