1. Pas d’eau chaude
2. bruit du frigo la nuit insupportable
3. Rideau pas assez opaque , beaucoup de lumière rentre dans la chambre le matin
4. couloir des chambres , ressemblant à un couloir de prison / clés qui résonne , pas qui résonne
5. Petit déjeuner sans goût et très peu de choix
Saucisson de poulet et bacon de port , dans le même compartiment et la même cuillère , pas très intelligent de faire ça , notamment pour les personnes ne la mangeant pas de pork

El bungaló era cómodo y grande, incluyendo una terraza en planta baja sin vistas. La piscina es grande y tiene bar. El alojamiento está muy cerquita de la playa.

Great place, just be wary of local tours.
Pros:

Central position, close to local shops and the beach. Loved the pool. Great to receive bottled water each day. Breakfast catered to food allergies.

Cons:

A little disappointed that we tried to support the Cottages and use their travel man. Not only did I pay $1500,000 for the Mt Batur trek, that others paid $600,000 for, and additional $AUD50 for transport as a solo traveller...the 'private' car driver didn't have wifi on his phone that worked. I had to use my phone for directions to and from the departure point for the Mt Batur trek.
The private car booked to go to Padang bai - was an old bus with no air con. The return trip, again a solo trip, the Padangbai representative insisted I use another private car to return to Denpasar. The price for something that I had already paid for was then raised another $800,000. As a woman travelling solo, I felt extremely targeted.

Decent but worn out
Pros:

The buffet breakfast was good.
The staff is nice and ready to help.

The standard room, although livable, was dated, worn out, dirty and filthy, like the whole property.

Beautiful place that we love

We’ve stayed at Satriya cottages for 30 years now and have always loved it 🥰.. lovely staff

Cons:

Unfortunately we were a bit disappointed as there was a group of people that were not very well behaved.. bad language and behaviour around the pool

Nice quiet part of the hotel, housekeeping was maintained perfectly breakfast options were great.

Cons:

T.v did not work in the room. For the price I wouldn't consider to be value for money. Bed was somewhat comfortable.

Ligging accomodatie en locatie kamer prima. Personeel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam en attent

Cons:

Indeling en faciliteiten van de de-luxe kamer ten opzichte van onze voorkeur superior kamer en dit keer veel last van ongedierte(muggen/kakkerlakken)
