the hotel room is clean with the strategic location and price is affordable. The hospitality during my stay in the hotel is perfect.

Saya menginap 3 orang ( saya istri dan anak) pakai xtra bed. karena saya dan istri juga ada keperluan sendiri2 dan anak di kamar, saya RIDAK BOLEH mendapatkan tambahan kunci (walaupun saya akan berikan uang deposit sebagai garansi). Sudah saya jelaskan ke staf di resepsionies namun tidak bisa juga karena kebijakannya hanya 2 kartu (sudah saya jelaskan bahewa saya ambil xtra bed dan saya perginya berbeda waktu dengan isri, kemudian anak stay di kamar). Membuat saya tidak ingin menginap kembali di Atria padahal saat saya di malang me nginap di Atria sebelumnya.
Hati2 bila ada yang perly kunci kamar lebih jangan stay di atria, kecuali memanmg 2 kunci cukup

Hotel w trakcie remontu, nie otrzymaliśmy informacji, że basen (który pięknie był przedstawiany na zdjeciach) jest nieczynny! W hotelu hałas i kurz. Pokój przy drodze, nie dało się spać, a przyjechaliśmy o 24 więc nie było szans na zmianę od razu. Rano managerka zgodziła się na rezygnację bez kosztów po naszej stronie ale niestety do tej pory nie potwierdziła tego Booking.com - także nie dostaliśmy zwrotu środków, starcilismy mnóstwo czasu i nerwów podczas wakacji, musieliśmy szukać nowego noclegu bo tam nie dało się wytrzymać, szczegolnie ze podróżujemy z dzieckiem. Zdecydowanie NIE POLECAM.

Renovations at the moment. Noise from 8am in the morning. We didn’t know this when we booked. Only after registring and signing docs at hotel. Felt not very honest. Pools closed. However staff did offer access to pool nearby with shuttle service.
