We had a great time staying here. We were especially super impressed by the service the staff provided, with special compliments to Christov from reception who gave us great recommendations and helped us provide good information during our stay. Sharif from concierge helped us with booking a day trip and was very kind to get back to us the next day asking us how we enjoyed the trip. Sultan from the sandwich bar also took care of us great by remembering our coffee and sandwich orders making it super easy and comfortable for us to pass by each day! All with all the attention to detail by the staff mentioned made our stay beyond exceptional!

Staff was great, as usual. Food selection was good. Coffee bar at the lobby is also very nice and extremely friendly.
Beds are bit outdated, too bobly. But in general no complaints.
The hotel is in a great location , the rooms are spacious clean and comfortable . The breakfast buffet offers a fantastic variety of dishes.
