The breakfast was great - good variety of food. The room was great - good views overlooking the city. The hotel across the road from the train station, very little noise from the trains. The pool was great - had a good swim.

Had a wonderful stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Jakarta. The service was excellent, the staff were friendly, and the hotel is a great place to spend time with friends, family, or your partner.

I especially noticed a great improvement in the Executive Lounge. They now offer a wider selection of main courses, appetizers, and snacks, and everything was delicious.

As always, the breakfast did not disappoint. DoubleTree continues to serve one of the best breakfast spreads with plenty of delicious options. Overall, a great experience, and I will definitely come back again!

Hotel DoubleTree Cikini by Hilton has truly become a special place for me. Celebrating my 10th year here with nearly 600 nights spent, I always feel warmly welcomed. The cozy atmosphere, prime location near the city center, and variety of food options (including the convenience of Grab services) make my stays enjoyable.

Over the years, I’ve seen many new faces among the staff, yet the quality of service remains exceptional. Recently, there was a change in the Front Office Manager. Still, the teamwork, along with the new Sales Director, the lounge senior staff, and the concierge, all contribute to a sense of consistency, with continuous care and dedication that keep me coming.

Shoutout goes to the big family, consists of senior staff, new staff, housekeeping team, front office team, restaurant team, and the concierge team, always outstanding and always doing their best.

Of course there were a few hiccups, but the way they managed it makes all the difference. Thank you!

Located near to Jakarta’s Golden triangle the property is large and modern looking.

I would say check-in was polite but not especially warm and no recognition of our Gold status was offered, though the signature warm cookie was! 



We had booked a Kind One Bedroom Suite, which included lounge access and again our accommodation was comfortable and had everything we need for an enjoyable stay. We did enquire about purchasing a suite upgrade but told non available. 



In the suite there was a large living room with sofa, desk etc. Rather oddly there was a glass wall, which rang the whole length, behind the TV and this overlooked a Zen Garden; nice idea but anyone walking the corridor could see in, so you had to keep the curtains closed. 



The bed was comfy and we didn’t hear much outside noise and the tub provided a great place to soak after a full day exploring.



The property is quite unique for a Doubletree in that it has an Executive lounge. I would say it is a lounge of 2 halves in terms of. One half has comfy seating, low lights etc. while the other was quite stark and almost industrial. Both sides had wonderful views over the city
.

The staff, Ziforia & Della were great and always eager to help. You don’t expect it to be up to a Raffles standard lounge but for an evening cocktail and a canapé it was a welcome addition.



Breakfast was very good with a huge array of dishes to suit every palate and taste.They even had ice-cream at the weekend! It was lovely to sit outside near the pool and soak up the sun.



Joelie made a perfect pot of tea and again like so many of the staff was a delight. 



The pool is a highlight of the property. It is a lush, lagoon style with lots of loungers and shady seating areas to lounge in. 



Qatar airways had managed to sheer a shell off my brand new case and Youasif was so helpful in getting my wheel replaced. I dropped it off at the concierge and it was ready for me to collect the next day. Fantastic service there! 



An enjoyable stay and we returned a few weeks later…

I stayed at this hotel with my wife and friends and we had a wonderful experience overall. There was a small issue with our original room, as it was located next to the pantry and the noise made it difficult to sleep. However, Helmi at the reception was extremely helpful and quickly arranged for us to move to a quieter room on a higher floor, which made a big difference to our stay.

The breakfast was very good, with a nice variety of options each morning. We also loved the coffee shop in the lobby Asti provided excellent service and made our visits especially enjoyable.

The concierge team was equally impressive. They kindly lent us a local train access card and shared useful tips on how to get to Batavia Square, which made exploring the city much easier.

We had a great experience and truly enjoyed our stay at DoubleTree. Everything was comfortable, and the staff made us feel welcome throughout our visit. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip.

We stayed at this hotel in Jakarta for 2 nights and had a wonderful experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious with plenty of options to choose from. The staff were all very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay.

They call this hotel an oasis within Jakarta & we agree! Beautiful property & pool area, amazing breakfast (more options than some Hilton brand hotels we’ve stayed at!) & very nice people! Irfal, Abigail & the chef Shandi were all super helpful. We also enjoyed the location to walk to the antique/flea market (Jl Surabaya - don’t miss it!), Taman Proklamator park (where there was a festival) & across from Metropole XXI. Plus it was super easy to get a Grab from across the street. Top notch security at the hotel, as well. Thank you for a wonderful, safe & easy stay!

Having completed our extended holiday in Bali and Singapore we needed to stay one night in Jakarta before travelling back to the UK and chose this hotel.

The journey from the airport to the hotel was trouble free and took about 45 minutes. Our check in mid afternoon was dealt in a professional and friendly manner giving a great first impression. The service levels throughout our stay were exceptional.

As a Doubletree Hilton I have to say this hotel delivers on many levels. The rooms are well presented, clean and have all you’d expect, or need. The communal areas are very impressive - lovely cafe in reception, wonderful main restaurant and a fantastic and picturesque swimming pool.

We did have access to the Executive Lounge, a rarity in Doubletree hotels, and whilst the food offerings were limited it was a pleasant experience with afternoon tea and evening canopies and drinks. Again the service levels exceptional.

Whilst we only had 24 hours in the hotel we would have happily stayed longer had our plans necessitated. The offering and experience we received for the price paid certainly ensured this property received top marks on the ‘value for money’ scale!

A brief but enjoyable stay which prepared us well for the long journey home.
