The only positive aspect was the staff, who were courteous and tried to help. However, the overall experience did not meet expectations due to the poor room condition and lack of proper upkeep.

Cons:

My stay was disappointing for a hotel of DoubleTree’s standard. The blanket provided in the room was dirty and had signs of fungus. I requested a replacement, and while the staff were polite and responsive, the replacement blanket was also dirty.

In addition, the minibar fridge was not working throughout my stay. These basic cleanliness and maintenance issues are unacceptable for a hotel in this category.
