Hotel degno delle cinque stelle che porta, la colazione del mattino è indescrivibile per quantità e varietà. Abbiamo avuto l’upgrade della nostra stanza, a suite, senza spendere nulla. La piscina è grande e ben tenuta. Ci è stato permesso di usufruirne anche ben oltre il check out, avendo il volo di rientro alle 21 di sera. La zona piscina è inoltre dotata di spogliatoi e docce per potersi comodamente cambiare e lavare.

Fijn hotel in centrum Jakarta, met heerlijk zwembad. De kamers zijn aangenaam en het restaurant is goed. Personeel is aardig en behulpzaam. Een gezellig en goed hotel waar je in rust kan verblijven in het drukke centrum van Jakarta. Goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding.

Our family had a fantastic stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Jakarta. From the moment we arrived, the warm welcome and excellent service made us feel right at home.
The breakfast was a real highlight huge variety of both Indonesian and international dishes, and everyone found something they loved. The lagoon-style pool was beautiful and perfect for both kids and adults, and our children had a great time at the Kids Club.
Special thanks to Namira and Adit from the wellness team, and especially to Helmi at the Concierge. He gave us excellent recommendations and helpful tips that made exploring Jakarta much easier and more enjoyable.
We highly recommend this hotel for families and would definitely come back!

I stayed at DoubleTree by Hilton Jakarta for just one night while transiting through the city, but even during such a short visit, the hotel left a wonderful impression.

The hotel was noticeably busy because it was the weekend, with many families and groups enjoying the facilities. Although the public areas, breakfast venue, and pool were quite crowded, the staff managed everything professionally and remained friendly and attentive despite the high occupancy.

I was able to make good use of the hotel's facilities during my stay. The gym is modern, clean, and well-equipped with everything needed for a complete workout. After my exercise, I visited the spa, which was an excellent experience. The therapists were professional, the atmosphere was peaceful, and it was exactly what I needed after a long journey. I also spent some time relaxing by the beautiful lagoon-style pool, which is one of the hotel's standout features despite being busy with families over the weekend.

I would especially like to thank Helmi from the Concierge team for his outstanding assistance. Shortly after checking in, I was unable to connect my laptop to the hotel's Wi-Fi. We initially thought it was a network issue, but Helmi patiently helped troubleshoot the problem. He explained that the hotel's Wi-Fi requires users to access a landing page before connecting to the internet, but the antivirus software on my laptop was blocking that page from opening. Because the login page could not appear, my device was unable to complete the connection. Helmi calmly guided me through the necessary steps, helped me temporarily adjust the settings, and within a few minutes I was connected without any problems. His technical knowledge, patience, and professional approach saved me a lot of time and frustration.

Although my stay lasted only one day, the excellent service from every department made it memorable. The staff consistently demonstrated genuine hospitality and a willingness to help, making me feel valued even as a transit guest.

I would happily stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Jakarta again, whether for business, transit, or a longer vacation. The excellent facilities, professional staff, and exceptional guest service make it a hotel I can confidently recommend.

The absolute highlight of my stay here at the DoubleTree was the Annathaya spa. Sekara and Mima treated my husband and I so well. The massage was really relaxing after a long trip here in Jakarta and hit the spot since we have a really early flight in the morning. The warm jamu at the end of the experience was perfection.
