Cleanliness
7
Mixed but leaning negative: several guests reported visible dirt, dusty rooms and hallway carpet issues; one review explicitly said rooms appeared unclean and there were instances of trash left in rooms.
Service
9.5
Generally praised: multiple mentions of very friendly and helpful staff and good reception service, though a few notes about limited breakfast staffing and one instance of poor supervisor attitude.
Location
8.6
Mostly positive: many guests cited a good/convenient location, though a few noted the hotel is relatively remote from shops/Centro and not within easy walking distance to supermarkets.
Room Quality
7
Several room-level issues: noisy or ineffective air conditioning, refrigerators not cooling, thin sofa-bed mattresses (feeling tubes), some rooms with poor ventilation and narrow showers; some guests still found beds comfortable.
Amenities
9.4
Strong positives: guests liked on-site amenities (pool, BBQ & fire pit, basketball court, Tesla charger, pet-friendly policy); some amenities (pool water) noted as lukewarm but overall seen as a plus.
Value for Money
8.4
Perceived as good value by several reviewers (explicit 'bom custo benefício'), thanks to included breakfast and amenities, though cleanliness and room issues moderate the perception.
Food and Beverage
8
Generally positive buffet/breakfast comments (described as tasty), but recurring complaints about limited variety and occasional quality issues (sour-tasting egg, lukewarm beans).
Overall Experience
9.3
Overall favorable impressions: many guests described comfortable, pleasant and tranquil stays and would return, despite recurring concerns about room maintenance/noise and occasional cleanliness lapses.

Buena estancia
Pros:
